Very pleased with GB HVAC service. Technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They answered my questions and went out of their way to accommodate a request I made. Service contract cost was reasonable and competitive.

Over a year ago I had a water heater installed by GB. I waited for this long to write the review partially due to being busy, but also to allow time to truly assess the job. The water heater is working great, and has since installation. GB came out to my house and gave me an accurate estimate. They were punctual and very respectful of my home, laying down tarps, taking off shoes, and cleaning up after themselves. They also did a great job explaining everything. They appear to take pride in what they do. I would definitely use them in the future.

Responded quickly to a heater emergency. Very professional and treated our heater as if it was the one in his own home. The cost was reasonable and I will definitely be using them again.

Excellent Service by GB Heating and Cooling team. Very responsive, professional and knowledgable. My HVAC system went down recently during some hot spring days. I was struggling to find someone
for an emergency replacement as i have a year old son and an 86 year old grandmother. Everyone was quoting 2-3 weeks lead time. After a few days of searching, i finally ran into Bhavnesh at GB Heating & Cooling. He gave me a call immediately and took control of the situation. He worked with me to find the best system for my house and within 2 days had the whole system replaced while maintaining high quality & professional standards.

I called the company and I explained that my A/C was broken and wasn’t functioning. Bhavinash was very kind and gave me some fixes I could try myself like switching the fuse. It ended up working and he didn’t even need to come by! We appreciated the advice and didn’t even need him to come by! Great company and wonderful owner!

I had an emergency situation with my water heater past weekend and that is when I I called them. They were prompt and not only that they made my emergency situation their priority and. Regardless of the time factor and despite of the holiday weekend they came right over in short notice and got the job done professionally. They are extremely knowledgeable and I am very happy with their state of the art technology, services, courtesy, and professionalism. I would recommend them without a doubt.

I was recommended by a friend. Bhavnesh and his team is super professional. Great customer service and communication. Great quality equipments at a competitive price as I compared the rates with the same model numbers with 4 different quotes. Neat work. They made sure the whole work area was spotless before they left. And also the software they use is amazing as you can see everything on their portal from the the time you get the estimate, all appointment notifications, invoices and certifications for necessary rebates. He also gave me info on three different rebates I can apply for installing energy star equipments. I strongly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.
