GEICO Insurance Agent, Bensalem PA

The most unprofessional insurance agent I have ever dealt with in my life. I was approached to reduce my premiums significantly compare to statefarm so I switched after staying with statefarm for over 25 years. I paid the full premiums upfront for six months as per the instructions only to find out couple months later that I got billed almost 500 dollars more. When I called i paid in full and I absolutely don’t owe anything, they told me that they are not able to track me because my app wasn’t working. The most disturbing thing is that I was never told that my entire family will be tracked in order for me to get that premium. I was extremely disappointed but I still went ahead and made sure all geico apps are working on all drivers phones. I was told by the agent that they took care of it and everything is fine and I won’t have to pay anything. Another month later I got a cancellation notice with a few days to pay the 500 dollars the company was originally looking for, needless to say I had to pay the 500 otherwise my coverage would lapse so I paid but before I paid and asked this agent that you told me everything was taken care of then why I am getting this cancellation notice? Needless to say that the blame game started within the agency and the person who told me he would take care of everything never came on the phone. I am out 500 and and the agency is happy, they probably made a hefty commission on my deal. Beware guys, don’t fall for the lower premiums trap.

OMG! Samuel Einbinder was the best agent I have ever worked with. His professionalism and dedication to his customers is undeniable. I was unable to find a plan and company that was right for me until I found my Sammy. I never really trusted or felt comfortable with a salesman like the way I felt and still feel with him. This Geico office is awesome! I have gotten quotes from just about every insurance company, and the quote Ron Warren gave me was significantly cheap than anyone else around! He thoroughly answered all of my questions, and walked me through the process very well.
