While their own line of triggers are better, their ALG line are starting to lack with smoothness as time goes on. I have purchased many of their qms and act triggers in the past and my recent purchase should have been with the same results but I was wrong. I couldn't tell the difference between the qms and a stock milspec trigger. Very gritty feeling both on the pull and the reset. I don't know what happened to their quality but I will no longer be a customer.

The best of the best. Ordered a sde and a dde buffer tube Monday of labor Day weekend, shipped that week on Thursday, slated to deliver tomorrow. Never had any issues with geissele products, triggers are battle tested, and when they are on sale they are a great deal and can't be beat for feel or reliability.

I don't understand why people give Geissele bad reviews. They make great products. They are a little pricey, but definitely worth it. If you are ordering something from them, they do not run your credit card to pay until the item ships, so keep that in mind. If they don't have what your looking for in stock, try Brownell's site instead. If you are patient you will get taken care of. They are a busy company. If you want a deal on a rifle, wait till black Friday or Memorial Day weekend sales. They also run sales on merchandise for Labor Day. They aren't Amazon, so understand you have to wait for your order to process. Just because we live in a consumer driven time and expect things delivered overnight doesn't mean it's their fault amd deserve a bad rating. You get what you pay for!

Great products, but good luck getting them.
Ordered a few things and they wouldn't take payment for 3 weeks so I canceled the order. Got two geissele ARs but I will never never ever buy anything from them again.

It's good stuff but it's not wait a year for a buffer tube great. Go with companies that can actually get their products to you like BCM and Noveske.

I bought the SSA trigger a couple of months back I just now had a chance to try it out in my build I just finished. Man! I'm impressed. I've tried other triggers and in my opinion the Geissele SSA trigger is money worth spent.

Ordered two hand guards and only received one. I emailed late in the evening and first thing in the morning I received an email for a picture of what I received and the order number. Steve W.made things right.

Awful customer service. Cant get through to anyone on the phone, and email response is generic and not helpful. They waited a week and a half to run my payment.did it the day before payday.and the money wasnt there. Now i cant contact them to update it and i was told my order will be cancelled. Frustrating.
