All of our food was delicious! And the lady that answered the phone was extremely pleasant and courteous!

Service is fast. Veggie pizza was full of veggies, bit I would have the veggies to seasoned and grilled before being baked on the pizza.

Gennaro's on chelten Ave has awesome food great customer service. I've been eating there for years. 5 stars isn't enough

We paid $67on ubereats for 2 shakes, a mega fry, 2 cheese steaks and 1 cheesesteak platter and a cheese fry. No milk shakes, the french fries were super limp and horrible the meg fry was uneatable due to the salt my steak in the platter had hardly no meat. This was my first time and last this was horrible I better never hear ab out this pizza shop being good again.

I took a chance and ordered the shrimp Alfredo pizza not knowing how it would turn out and people, I am so happy I did! It is so freakin good! ’ Well seasoned and they are not stingy with the shrimp! Their shrimp Alfredo pizza is better than Olive Garden, no exaggeration it is good! I have ordered it 3xs in a row already and again today only I ordered it with the pasta this time n/c I am trying to cut back on eating so much bread but it is truly tasty! Delivery is on average 30-45 mins you’ll get the call from the driver that’s waiting outside with your food. Drivers don’t expect tips, I found that odd they just hand your food over and walk away but I always stop them and tip $5 anyway. One driver didn’t have enough change so he told me I owed him $1 and left. I made sure I ordered again and tipped him $6 so he could have his $1 back that I owed. I always order a plain pizza light done for my kid and specify that she has feeding difficulties so it need to be soft for her and they make it perfect for her. I have no complaints this place is a gem in Germantown. Wish they opened a location close to my home so I can order during the wk instead of just the wkds when I am at work. If you’re looking for a good delivery place, check this one out. You will NOT be disappointed!

My first and last visit. This place doesn’t look clean and they don’t follow the COVID-19 guidelines the employees don’t wear mask or gloves.

Eve, second day of Ramadan placed an order for wings and pizza. Got the wings, pizzas got there an hour later. Owner ssid here had to wait for his driver to come back. No. What should've happened was, the driver should've went back and got the pizza! Apologies and excuses. Done. Wer only ordered from here because our regular place was closed.

Every time I order food from here it’s always fresh & good. I haven’t had a problem yet & hopefully I don’t. I would recommend & the delivery time is pretty good too!

Bad customer service over the phone when I placed my order, the lady was not friendly and kept cutting me off. Ordered the grilled chicken wrap and a cheeseburger deluxe. The menu online indicated the chicken was spicy. Picked up my food went home to eat. The chicken was very bland meaning no taste what so ever literally. Fries were cold which I expected because I wasn’t told how long the wait time would be to pick up my food. And to top it off I found a short straight black hair imbedded in my fries. First and last time eating here. My mom threw her burger away as well.she lost her appetite once we saw the hair in my fries. Total amount spent $21 super disappointed because right now with the pandemic going on, I don’t have $21 to waste and wanted to try this restaurant because it’s a local business.

These dirt balls sold me old re-cooked wings then offered me a free soda cause they got busted, keep ur soda POS.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. How are you going to tell me that your people messed up the order and I have to suffer for it? ! Are they insane or just that incompetent? Answer. BOTH! DON'T GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY'S WORTH. They are just rip-off artists who do not care about their customers. By the way.the manager/owner is a P. O. S! He lies and steals! Fact!

I'm so tired of spending my money here. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it's dried up and burnt. They never give me exactly what I ordered the way I ordered it or what I'm paying for. Looking for a new pizza spot

Food always on time always hot and good customer service inside and delivery used to go to Bravo's Pizza on Erie Ave bad customer service so I made the switch

They food is horrible! I ordered well done honey bbq buffalo wings an they were barely cooked. Also the cheeses fries had a gigantic blob of cheese in the center of some under cooked fries. NEVER AGAIN

Ordered mozzarella sticks, broccoli bites, and a large stromboli with Italian sausage, pepperoni, meatballs and extra cheese and a side of sauce. The mozzarella sticks were chewy and tough. The stromboli did not have extra cheese and the side of sauce was missing. I called to let them know i was not happy. I was informed that the person i was currently speaking to was not the person who took the order and there was nothing they would do to fix the order because they were too busy! Poor customer service. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Never had any complaints about this place. Good food, and the restaurant open some what close to me that opens in bad snowy days.

I order from this place often. Delivery guys are always on time and often times I get my delivery earlier than expected. They have always been pleasant and courteous. The food is good and I don't have any complaints though I usually stick with my favorites. Love their pizza. Only a couple of times have I ordered something other than my usual and well I'll just say that maybe there was a different cook on duty that day (4 stars for that) lol. Overall my experiences have been great.

Food was not good I asked for mild wings and it was like a BBQ taste cheesesteak was terrible they didn't put no ketchup on it I will never order from this place again
