We had an appointment still doctor did not see us. Both me and my wife had taken leave from the work which was jist wasted.

Their name says it all. They treat you as they would be treated. I had an emergency extraction and they welcomed me that same day. The whole time they kept asking if I felt pain. Great job all. From the front office to the exam rooms, everyone was professional and kind. I have no hesitation in recommending this team.

Went in for my 6 month check up and cleaning. I received excellent service in registration and with Victoria as my dental hygienist. Dr. Valentine did her thorough examine and a quick stop with Regina on making sure my insurance was all covered, and I was on my way. Thank you all! Incredible teamwork and excellent care.

Still waiting for my turn to even schedule an appointment with the hygienist for my cleaning and it’s been almost a year from my original new patient appointment. Receptionist told me that the dentist needed to determine what type of cleaning I would need before they could schedule a cleaning appointment for me with their hygienist, and that they were booked out to Feb 2023 but would call to schedule an appointment with me once they got through their waiting list. That time obviously came and went. Terrible way to treat patients and then start sending me marketing to “Schedule my annual appointment” felt like a slap in the face considering I can’t even get an appointment to have my teeth cleaned in a timely manner.

Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the dentist herself was nice and able to fill 4 cavities for me, but as for the rest of the business which seems very corporate, please do better for your other patients. I am no longer going to be one of them.

Money making attitude. Though one visits as part of regular cleaning (which is free). The team will ensure and steer it towards deep cleaning. Even though the teeth is average in terms of hygiene and gums are good. Yes i do have health care background

I really do not like the dentist but now I have A bunch wrong so I found this office and I love them. Dr. Valentine is so nice and her and everyone else make you feel comfortable and taken care of. They really talk to you about your opinions and what they think the next step should be. Definitely recommend!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They will come up with anything to get more money out of you. I've never had any issues with my teeth until I came here. They told me I had severe gum disease and needed to come in every 3 months for a special cleaning. Not once was that cleaning any different than what my normal cleaning was, but they didn't have any problem charging me over $200 for each visit. I never had any bleeding problems or tooth aches but they told me I wouldn't until "my teeth fell out. " Something always felt off whenever I went so I changed dentist immediately after my last visit. I have come to find out that my teeth and gums are in perfect health. Get out now and never look back!

Dr Valentine is friendly and easy going! The staff is great too and there is little to! I highly recommend Gentle Dental!

Booked a yearly appointment here, and did not get what I was expecting. I have personally never booked a dentist appointment for a yearly check up and not gotten a cleaning. They took me to the back, checked my teeth with a mirror and said I was good to go. I was very confused and said I booked with the intention to get my teeth cleaned. They said since I booked online it is only to "see the doctor". The doctor was helpful enough with my questions, but that was not the main reason for my visit. They said they were booked up until October and I couldn't schedule a cleaning. Be aware of this when booking online. I will not be back
