Worst office ever they always have an excuse & only want to bill you and the customer service is ridiculous. Don’t go there!

The doctor that i had, had picked dried skin off of his lip then left and went to gobget gloves.then he let my spit spill all over my mouth and didn’t use the suction. It was very ghetto the receptionist at the front desk was arguing with the patient.my cousin had recommended me and i went with her yesterday they were giving her fillings they left her sitting there with her mouth numb for a hour before they put the filling in I wouldn’t recommend.

They botched my fillings and left me in pain. After waiting one hour over my appointment time, one if the receptionist offered me $20. Do not go to this place if you value your health. Worst dentist visit EVER!

My mother went to this place five years ago to get her teeth pulled and to get her dentures. Everything went well after that until the day that my mother fell and the bottom ones broke. We went back to this place and told them what happen the lady told the both of us to come back in April and she can get new ones and the insurance will pay for it and it will not cost her anything. Well just to let everyone know that they told a lie. We went in there today to set an appointment so that my mom can get her new ones and they told her that she has to come up with $1200 or she can switch her insurance. I tried talking to the president and while i was talking to him he kept cutting me off and started telling me if I don't listen to him then he can't talk to me. My mom was trying to explain to him about her insurance and he didn't want to hear what she had to say. So I'm letting people know now do not go to them they don't care about anyone but them self

This place is awful. They don’t know how to do quality work here. Before going to this dental practice I little to no oral pain. Now I have pain every single day because of the work they did. The staff is rude and dismissive as hell. The scheduler overbooks and there’s a woman that’s always rushing the doctors when they’re in the middle of procedures. I was told not to go to this place because it was in the ghetto but I didn’t listen ‍️ Please, PLEASE don’t make the same mistake I did. Stay away from this practice.

I’ve been going at the Gentle Dentistry in upper Darby since 2013, I love it so much even though I moved far away I still go there. All of the sudden they only take people on Wednesday and Friday which are the days I attend do and decided to go to the one in the ghetto on 51st and chestnut. The place was horrible. The dude spent literally 5 minutes in my teeth, he didn’t clean them and just put some paste stuff on them. I left with the same exact way I went in there. These people are horrible, please go there. It’s my fault too because I read the review and still decided to go.

The front desk was very rude, the male that waited on me and a woman that came from out the back. They were awful to me and another woman that was there.

Horrible service! Wait times are extremely long and when you schedule an appointment for a cavity they give you a cleaning instead. The woman that claim she is a manager has bad customer service skills. Manger kept saying they are over scheduled, sign on the window and door stated they don’t take walk in but took 3 people that walked in. I would not recommend

Terrible dentist. Will cause ongoing dental problems on your teeth. I had to get 2 teeth pulled as a result of them doing my filings incorrectly. Also, Dentist who perform extractions is very rough.

My visit to gentle dentistry has been so far good. Everyone in the office are professional and conduct the practice treating patients with dignity and respect. Dr.are very caring and don't rush when treatment is needed. I would tell all my friends to come and see the Dentist at this location. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Jones for making my visit less stressful. 2022

I suffered from many complex dental problems to the point where no dentist knew what to do with me. Then I came to Dr. John and he managed to take on all my near impossible dental issues and even managed to save me from getting dentures. It was economical and the quality speaks for itself. Him and his staff do an honest and good job. Very friendly team. If you need honest and quality dental work, look no further than Dr. John, Dr. Faisal and their team.

So unprofessional drill didn’t work the Dentist had to do my cleaning manually. The Dr was fine it wasn’t his fault the drill didn’t work…. These foreigners come in our neighborhood set up shop and don’t care about the people.my teeth are in good condition I just needed a cleaning
I was living in the area temporarily and made an appointment. And scan the Insurance by taking all these pictures and don’t pay attention. My Dental Assist tried to tell them that the drill wasn’t working and change my chair the India lady told her it was working and it wasn’t. Water was on the floor.from the drill that wasn’t working.crazy. Never again. General Dental needs to improve their businesses.

Horrible dental office, irresponsible staff. No in advance notice for cancelations. Ended up to cancel appointment on last minute. Do not recommend this place

I have been going to this place for 3 years. I love this place! Very clean, great service and the dentists are very informative. So far so good no complaints at all. Great dentist office.

When I first went it was good my extractions was good but when it came to my dentures being done that was the most horrible experience they were cutting my gum don’t fit your dentures are supposed to be flush right in your mouth did it happen not so I’m so disappointed with this office I don’t want to go back for them to fix them at all that might be a messed up job to.
