2Yesterday we went there for chicken shopping, when we asked the person at counter did you cut chicken in beef or non- beef machine? He responded rudely what is this question.how does that matter. We said yes that’s matter as we don’t eat beef. Person chosen not to answer & we moved from there & decided not to purchase. I believe this is something normal question they must be getting on daily basis due to people coming to shop from different religious beliefs. How does that matter even if person would have said YES / NO. Person would have earned more respect for his honest act and also better marketing through word of mouth. I will not recommend this place to anyone & will not return to this shop for sure.
Wow, worse experience ever. I loved this place, I live in queens and would drive out here just for the lamb.anyone that comes to New York or never had a shwarma I would recommend mamouns. But tonight the service was the worst, I was buying food for my parents and the cashier/ server (didn't want to give his name) was so rude, talking down and insulting paying customers. Sorry to say even though I loved them I'll never be back or recommend them to anyone. I'm done. Never again but customer service matters more than product. Never I have been refused service before! Unacceptable!
