George was great to work with. He was super patient and supportive with all of our requests and let us take our time with making a decision. He was also extremely responsive and flexible with scheduling tours of homes. When we had random issues pop up, he solved them quickly.

George and his team (primarily Ed) has been our go-to agent for two purchases and one sale in Philadelphia. As all these sales were our primary residence the need for professionalism, expediency, and negotiation skills were paramount. George's diverse team had extensive knowledge about all the areas we were looking in throughout the city (which were a few). When it came time to make an offer George's negotiation skills and knowledge of the market became a huge advantage for us as buyers and sellers in such a competitive market. We went into both our purchase and sale with absolute confidence in the numbers and process which is a rarity. Cannot recommend enough both as a seller and a buyer.

We had did mistakes in our lives before
but this is goes beyond. We trusted this
agent and it was his job to do his Due
diligence for us. We was aware that this
home was selling as is but it was his job
to give us all the information as to why.
Like termites that was disclosed after
the contract. And then later on mold was
discovered during the termites treatment
and the whole plumbing system was
rotted from inside the water meter to the
connections. So while doing some
repairs come to find out from the
municipal office that the previous owner
had failed the (CO) certificate of
occupancy back in February before we
purchased the house in March. So that
was never brought to our attention we
was only aware that it was in place. Hypothetically speaking What if we paid
for inspection like we wanted to but he
talked us into waving it because it was a
good opportunity. What if our original
Offer was accepted instead of him being
persistent on being aggressive on our
offer. What if being aware of all these
issues would we had purchased this
house…. It shows people true colors
about how selfish can someone be
knowing that there's a family with 3 kids.
Huge lesson DO NOT TRUST anyone
that's getting benefits from you cause at
the end they will leave you in the streets.
Was I hypothetically speaking or being
realistically. As far as we are concern we
are not fabricators and no reason to be.

George absolutely is an awesome person and realtor. My son put me in contact with him since we were selling two houses and buying another house. He told me the price he wanted to put both houses up for and I was so happy. Both houses sold in one weekend just like he said and both got over asking price.
