We have worked with this company since 2019 and we have only great experiences! From excellent customer service, timely booking & experienced technicians, we know when we call we're in good hands.
We recently had a plumbing issue. We called for an appt.on a Friday and they fit us in on Wednesday the following week.
They located the problem and had it fixed and were on there way in no time! Thank you Drew for all your hard work, your knowledge and your great customer service!

They were promt to find a refrigerant leak and recharge the line for a mini split. Just keep in mind they have a flat rate fee and the cost was over $1,800. The caps on the unit were not put back on so refrigerant could leak out.

DO NOT USE this company! They recently purchased Bechdel Plumbing in Clinton County and are refusing to pay a court ordered fine against them. I've attempted to collect the awarded damages numerous times and they will NOT comply. Therefore, I consider both companies to be unprofessional and not reputable.

I recently had our entire HVAC unit replaced by George Strohm. The technicians were polite and professional. They answered all my questions and even came back twice at no charge to ensure the system worked well. The unit has been through a full heating and cooling season now. It works flawlessly. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done!

Charging an elderly lady $180 to turn on her furnace? 5 minutes of work, $180? Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Recently I needed ductwork replacement. I have to admit, Justin & Luke did a great job. I was concerned about the insulation fibers & my cat walking in those fibers. To my great surprise, Justin & Luke vacuumed my closet where they were working & left my garage cleaner than when they arrived.
I am told the old ductwork work had air leaks from new but all that was replaced & all is safe and sound.
Thank you guys for your thorough job kindness. Great job!

Today's visit was an annual maintenance call for my AC unit. George Strohm staff arrived on time and understood I had time limits to my availability. They were very friendly, worked efficiently to be responsive to my time demands, yet very thorough making sure work was conducted properly. George Strohm sent two staff who worked collaboratively together and were very explanatory regarding what they were doing and their recommendations. The entire service qualified as part of my plan costing me no additional fees. The experience was fantastic. I highly recommend George Strohm for furnace and AC unit maintenance.

Williamsport. Had an A/C system stop blowing cold. Called the local Lycoming HVAC. At the end of season last year, the tech said to replace my old mercury-switch thermostat with a newer one. I did that and it didn't fix it. They came back a couple weeks ago and said there was a small leak in the system. It was either $1,700 for a leak check and six pounds of R-22 refrigerant (with any unused to be refunded), or $12,000 for a new system. Well today, a tech straight from George showed up and nobody had told him he was going to do a leak check, so he didn't have any of the tools required to do one. Instead, he listened to my story, checked pressures and circuits, then found a clogged evaporator drain in the attic. He blew it out, helped me change the air filter, cleaned the electric contacts of the condenser capacitor, and the system works again. He only charged me $237 (serviced three separate systems at $79 each) instead of $1,700. There was no leak and no components needed replaced. I am beyond satisfied at the service, and George's will absolutely get the first call every time I need anything.

We had no hot water… They came out the same day and the pilot light was out on our gas water heater. They lit it but said it hot water heater may have run its course. We decided to see if we could get a few more months out of it. Two days later, same thing, no hot water. I called them first thing and by later that afternoon they had a new water heater and expansion tank installed! They were Johnny in the spot and had it fixed the same day I called!

Replaced thermostat & zone valve in 2 hours. Billed $1086 for parts that cost less than $150

We had very little hot water pressure in one of our showers for many years. We tried fixing the problem ourselves without any luck. We finally called George Strohm to have someone come out to look at it. Tom Bechtel was the technician who came for the service call. He was very determined to fix our issue and tried multiple things. He continued to work until he found a solution and we finally have the ability to take a luxurious shower! Prompt and courteous service. Thank you!

Great service at a fair price. I had some plumbing work done. The technician Drew was friendly and knowledgeable. I had customer service issues with other companies so I am grateful that my neighbor recommended George Strohm. I signed up for their annual home service. I’m looking forward to using them in the future.

Mark did a great job on my furnace cleaning! My unit was installed by another company and he found things that were not done correctly. Definitely will be recommending this company.
