George's Water Ice reviews
9Water Ice and pretzel was good but customer service was as horrible. They had an attitude because I asked for a cup holder to carry all the water ice’s out. And I’m a tourist, I came from another state and I would not recommend just because of the service they provided
Water Ice, pretzels, beef patties.this is my go to spot. Not overpriced so I can treat all the kids and feel good about it. This place is an icon in upper darby.
On crowded days there should be one door to get in and one way out to keep the crowd flowing and no one get cut in front of.
The water ice here is always so good I cannot only get one I have to get one to put in the freezer and save for later. The service however is rather slow there is only two lines available and the guests sort of makeup the line as to who's next as they come in. I think it should be one way in and one way out so that the line is obvious and not causing concern for those who arrive and mistakenly stand in front of others. Do yourself a favor on hot days like these get you some George's water ice and enjoy your day.
I love this place. The lines are always bearable and the service is quick. The servers don't act like they don't want to be at work. They're main job is to make sure you're satisfied. In my opinion they do They're job well.
Very Unorganized! Then Nobody Wear Gloves when Serving The food () Handling Food Safely is important.
George himself is cool but his employees are shady, they charge different prices for different costumers. Three times now the older lady got me for a dollar or more. Becareful.
They were late opening, charged a $1 more for their quarts than others and were a little unorganized. I bought 7 quarts but will go back to my normal spot Ed's on West Chester Pike.
Georges will always be the go to spot for summer refreshments. Wish they were open all year.
