Gerrity's Supermarket Inc, Scranton PA

It’s never clean for a food supermarket is always dirty the carts are dirty, i see the deli workers have gloves but don’t take them off from customer to customer they keep the same pair in half the day. The fruit and vegetables dept always selling bad fruits and vegetables more than good and when they come in from vendors the produce manager is suppose to check that. The cash registers are constantly dirty everyone’s always talking to everyone never doing there jobs.

Now its changing but, I noticed they have rewards and after buying so much can redeem for savings.

Groceries in general here are expensive, even after Gold Club Savings, a lot of things that cost $3-$5 here can be found at the Dollar Tree right across the plaza, but the meat is worth it when it's on sale. Can't find too many places that have Porterhouses on sale for $5-6/lb.

This is the most annoying store amongst all the gerrities. Staff is unhelpful. Parking lot is like playing frogger on artari.

Love it everytime. Just prices are horrible! Everywhere. Love the bakery. Also i will only buy my meats from gerritys. Thank you for always being a trusting store. #Hometownproud

Great selection of different foods. I like to buy healthy snacks for work. They have a great selection!

My friend went food shopping but I give them a 5 just because the owner or manager reply to my message and was concern about them improving them selves and that's definitely a 5 star

I have always loved shopping for groceries at Gerrty's, but I must say that this location in particularly is my favorite. My reasoning is because, I feel it has the most delicious and exciting deli department. They have an amazing selection of hot foods, a buffet bar, custom made subs, and fresh cold cuts of all your favorite meats. The store also has a huge selection of bakery goods, flowers and plants for yourself or someone that you love. The store is always stocked, clean, and has the most pleasant workers. If you want to shop in a upscale supermarket with the freshest produce and food, take a hard pass at all others and shop here; you will not be disappointed.

I have been shopping for over 20 years & now due to rearranging of shelves it has been impossible to find items - very frustrating especially due to pandemic where you want to get in & out quickly- why? - now change store? Bad management decision

I shop there regularly. I often buy deli sandwiches or their meals. It is difficult for me to cook because of health issues. Today, I tried the roast beef sandwich. Absolutely Amazing! The bread was so fresh and the beef excellent! I loved it!

I love the store all around everything is oh it's fresh it's always fresh ready to go never have I had it not in stock Delhi to the me it's 5 star

Great meats. Always a good sale going. Associates always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately if you try to ask a manager a question most of them are not very friendly.

Like shopping here but it's like everyday is senior citizen day and they are impatient, your constantly in their way even if your looking or grabbing somthing someone will say excuse me and expect you to let them look and you have to wait until their done, had someone almost run me over near the rotisserie chickens at the checkout then gave me a dirty look as she hit me, then another as I go to get in line someone bumps into my cart and says "can't you see I was going there" as my cart is 60% in the checkout line, deffiently go later in the day versus earlier as it is not an enjoyable shopping experience during the day.

I love shopping there. The employees are very helpful and courteous. The selection and quality are excellent.

Gerritys is pretty small and it's a local chain. But this is a store with an incredible bakery, an above average deli/prepared foods counter, a hoagie shop with in store seating, and some items throughout the store that aren't always easy to find, such as raw milk. The people are helpful and friendly. Good store

I went to gettity food shopping for some hot lunch on the buffet. Plus a few other items. Great store to shop every thing we need is right there.plus on the way in bought 2 lottery tickets and won 1.000.00 dollars great day for shopping
