Just make sure your timing is right foe the little ones they have special areas and even special toddler time

My kids loved it. Me, I couldn't help but notice all the equipment that probably should have been replaced just a little bit sooner, the vending machines that didn't work- or worse, did work but automatically picked the more expensive options for you- and the relative dearth of activities beyond bouncing or making your way through a ninja warrior-esque course.
Honestly? That's not a deal breaker. It is a trampoline park, after all. I'm just not pleased that I wound up paying almost $200 for what turned out to be trampolines and not much else.
One caveat: their foam pit was deep enough to hide a full grown man. That was actually pretty neat.

I visited on an extremely busy Saturday night with my boyfriend two kids. They check-in process was easy, but my phone was unfortunately swiped by another customer. After tracking my phone via my location on my boyfriends phone, we were able to locate the individual who had it. Once we had the phone back, we spoke with the manager, Lee, who was extremely helpful and made me feel better about the environment. For the 2-hours we were there, Lee checked to make sure that we were doing okay countless times. His customer service was outstanding and I’ll definitely be back! Plus my step-kids had an amazing time!

Our 4 year old had an amazing time and there were lots of features that suited his age! Definitely recommend checking it out!

Great place for my daughter to have some fun and work off some energy. No wait and plenty of different trampoline setups plus arcade games to keep them entertained.

The music is way too loud and not always appropriate. In some areas you can feel the base! Get Air changed a few months ago. Employees don't walk around anymore and patrol the areas, watch the kids. I wouldn't return if I didn't already have a membership. It's sad. This Get Air used to be great, with nice employees that cared.

We have an annual pass, so we visit frequently. Friendly staff, jumping areas, as well as the sitting areas are clean. Very family oriented atmosphere.

If your looking for a fun place it's definitely is that very pricey for not being very clean there wear candy pieces every where and candy wrappers the bathrooms were so gross my 3 year old son said it was to ewwy to go potty cuz there was poop everywhere and the whole time the we were the for 3hrs the employees just stood behind the desk on their phones

I went when it opened so it wouldn't be to crowded, my girls enjoyed they time there. Dodge ball was where they spent most of their time.

Lots of fun for the kids, but please fix the floor near the slides. I watched 6 kids fall face first due to the dropoff. This was during a period of 30 minutes. Probably 100's of unnecessary falls daily

This place could have so much potential but it’s FILTHY. Last week when we went I noticed the bounce house was dirty, tore up and deflated. The floors have dirt and filth all over. This place brings in enough money I’m sure that they could have someone clean after hours. Basically I’m saying if you go be prepared to definitely catch something because it’s disgusting.

I really would like to give 0 stars but it does not allow the option. As a director of a summer camp we utilize many facilities for field trips. Our experience at Get Air on July 12th and 13th was by far the worst field trip ever. We had numerous issues. Staff was awful with not having the correct information about completed waiver for 170 children/staff. It took over 45 minutes to add names. Children didn’t get their entire 2 hour jump time. We were over over charged. They did not have anyone watching any of the areas. No one available to enforce the rules. Children running around hitting our children from our camp. Absolute chaos. The facility was the MOST DISGUSTING place I have seen. It is over 2 weeks later and we still have not received a resolution to all of our complaints and refund for overpayment.

The kids had fun. My friend and I say in the massage chairs and a cloud of fruit flies flew up. Also, the floor was sticky. Helllll noooooo.

Omg this place was absolutely FILTHY! My family was horrified at the lack of cleanliness, especially with so many children! This place was covered in dust, dirt, and had mysterious fluids on the playground floor (possibly pee? !) It also smelled awful. We will not be returning.

The kids had a great time. There was not a lot of staff around to direct the kids so pay attention to your child/ren because some of the older kids would push the younger ones around. We booked a private room, and we were checked on a couple of times which was nice. We paid $53.98 for two extra "veggie" pizzas. One came with onions only (not cut) and the other with olives only - not what's pictures on the website or what a veggie pizza is in my opinion. The amount of money paid for extra pizzas and what we got was disappointing. When I said something to the host, she mentioned she would let her supervisor know, but no one came around to follow up. I recommend you try it out at least once.

This place has gone downhill and is FILTHY. Staff is always cleaning their front desk area, but not the jumping area or climbing area. They need to mop also and disinfect their seating area as parents are always changing their kids on there. Gross! My advice would be to shut down for a day or two and thoroughly clean. Just look at my photos.

Place has really gone down hill with their management/staff switch. Sad. Dylan was the best. Toddler Time hasn't been the same.

We been there 2 times in last 2 weeks, very bad experience, not a safe place for kids to go. I willnot recommend any family to take kids there, wild group of kids there lots of fights, kids using f words, get air will not do anything for kids safety,
