13Went there and paid for cigarettes and old man shakin his head at me bc I gave him $20 in ones, how rude, sorry I’m a server, money is money and there was NO ONE in line behind me.
It took like a half hour to make a tea & hasbrown and they didn’t put cheese on my nachos like 5 times
The staff here is unnecessarily rude. The operation itself is unnecessarily inefficient. Feel free to gas up outside but avoid going inside and certainly avoid talking to the people you will find there. They are useless.
Edit 10/6/23
Location remains great but man has the food quality declined over the years. Fries have changed, hoagies are mediocre. I'm starting to sway away from wanting food here anymore.

Location is great and there are a good number of pumps here. Visiting on weekends and during rush hour is rough but that is as expected for a prime location.
Employees are typically hit and miss. I have had plenty of times where the employees are friendly yet there are plenty where the attendant is very uncaring and even rude.
Best experiences are typically when I don't enter the building.
Condition of the restroom was abhorrent. Instead of bothering to refill the toilet paper dispenser, someone just put a giant roll on the railing. One of the two soap dispensers was broken and the other was completely missing. The hand sanitizer was empty as well. The logbook on the wall where employees are supposed to write down when they checked the restroom was completely empty.
I just paid $3.99 for a spoonful of Mac and cheese. Can we say OVER PRICED!
Made to oder is great, but it needs to be a good value to keep customers. I only gave 3 stars because it was good, but honestly taste like Stouff sides mac and cheese, go get 24oz package for $6.00.microwave 15 minutes.
First off the guy named Rick is the best of the best. Never disappoints and does his job.
Now the new old woman is the opposite of Rick. I’m trying to buy cigarettes and I’m waiting a good 5 to 10 mins for someone to come to the counter. Rick was busy with making my food and she was hiding somewhere, Rick tells her that I’m there and she took her good ole time getting to the front. Then has the audacity to ask if your paying with card you can do it yourself. Like I know I can do your job it ain’t hard but I need my cigarettes. Please note this isn’t the first time telling people to do it yourself. She needs to be let go if she ain’t gonna do her job. And then she took my points on top of that. Which I believe you’re not allowed to do.
Stopped for the great fuel price before seeing it was just a disingenuous sign. Shady and dishonest
Went there to quickly grab a cold brew and I left within minutes. The coffee was good too.
My favorite local get go. It's worth the drive from the Northside. The food is good, service is good, and the selection is great. It can get really busy but even the wait times on good isn't bad. Plus like most Getgos the alcohol purchases go until 2am so it's clutch if you suddenly want beer or wine at 1: 30 am.
Great variety. Staff couldn't hurt to be more friendly but overall always a great choice to stop for whatever
I only venture up this way for an event that takes place every few months. What if I told you that the same items that were out and empty on the shelves, were still out 3 months later? And this is something I’ve noted and been disappointed by on many occasions over the last couple of years.
You own an entire grocery chain. There is just no excuse. And when you only have one shot to pick stuff up before an event, it’s pretty frustrating.
The electronic doors that supposedly showcase cold beverages and prices was not working either. Sooo. I didn’t know the prices of the drinks I purchased.
The coffee was honestly the worst I’ve had from a gas station in a long time. My local GetGo is better than this. So I know it’s not just a GetGo thing.
I will be going somewhere else for my pre-show supplies. I can’t depend on a convenience store for basic conveniences. I used to work for GE and none of this would’ve flown at the store level. I’d take a look at who is in charge here, if I were GE.
Second time my wife has gone here and the second time her debit card number was stolen. Haven't had a problem with other getgos, but this one seems to have a track record when asking around.
