Gettysburg Center

This place is a joke! They give horrible care! I wonder if the care they give my love one is how they would treat their own family members. Left to sit in one's feces for hours, one bath since she was put in there months ago, and now a stage 4 bed sore that smells horrible due to neglect from staff. I would better describe care as a negative star than a one.

This place is a persons worst nightmare of where you are placed as an old person. My mother was placed here after surgery. Soon after she was considered hospice care. She was refused pain meds on account we couldn't prove she was in pain. Her pain was evident to any person looking at her. The staff were cruel and rude to both my mother and her family. Also, if you are unfortunate enough to be here with a family member, please try to track your lov d ones water intake. I believe that ultimately dehydration killed my mother.

I was so impressed with the technology being used to protect your patients! Simply looking into the screen Genesis is able to detect body temperature. Questions were not burdensome. Signing in and out was a breeze. The entire process was seamless.

The facility was very clean and pleasant for visitors and patients. Personal we’re very helpful and very friendly.

Advanced Entry makes it very easy to check in in the morning and have for temperature taken.

My " significant other" is a new patient. Every staff member has been extremely professional and seems to really enjoy working there. I'm hopeful that the results of Kathy's rehab will be successful.

Visit was very pleasant. Place was clean and neat. The people who were there were very friendly. They took there time feed my father. Just praying they can help him. Our family thanks you so much.

Very nice communication and interaction with staff and my Mom! When we entered her room, Mom was laughing and the best I have seen her for days! She was also showered and the staff lady was so good with her and really seemed to care! It was a great visit for all!

The staff was very nice and respectful and it was nice to see workers that actually say hello.

The people working here are always very friendly. - Sometimes, not an easy atmosphere to work in.
