The food here is always good, never fails. We’ve been here numerous times this past year and the food is always amazing no matter what we get. It’s the Best place to eat in Gettysburg. Look nowhere else’s because this is it.

Great time at Gettysburg Eddie's. Friendly staff and good drinks. We stopped here before hitting a ghost tour. The Apple cider sangria was fantastic

Enjoyable place to have a lunch or dinner. Our group of six came here for lunch during a break in our tour of Gettysburg. We visited in early October, so we were seated immediately and had our order in about 15 minutes. Four of us had the Eddie's House Hero, which is packed with meat and very tasty. One had the Turkey Avocado Salad and the our last tourist had a custom made burger with fries. And two of us had their coffee, which is far and away better than your average restaurant coffee. The atmosphere was perfect and, Tracy, our hostess and waitress, was outstanding. We look forward to returning here the next time we visit Gettysburg (off-season, of course).

Very comfortable and relaxing place. Service was great, food, well, I enjoyed it as far as bar food goes. Prices are reasonable for a tourist trap. I had a nice afternoon there and would recommend it if you want to chill. Thanks

Great place. Good food and nice atmosphere. The new pasta salad recipe they are doing is a very good side. I would say this is a must go if you're in the Gettysburg area.

We loved the baseball theme! The restaurant stays true to the overall atmosphere and it’s very cozy and exciting. My boyfriend ordered a foot long hotdog and it was extravagant. The carrot cake was delicious and the cocktails were very good as well. The server was pretty busy with tables but ensured we were refilled and satisfied. I’d eat here again!

What a great place to eat! We were seated quickly and our appetizer and meals came quickly also. The fried pickle spears are delicious and our burgers were perfectly cooked and very tasty.
Our server was fast and friendly!
Gettysburg Eddie's is awesome and very much worth visiting!

Top Shelf FOOD! I may not be a sports bar gal. (I am a foodie gal) but everything we had was delicious. The veggie burger was as good as a cow burger and even the side salads are the real deal! I have me a nice fall cocktail too. I'm thinking of ordering a cup of ham and bean soup to go. My husband ordered a cup and I wanted it all to myself. Great service in a clean establishment too!

This is not about any battle in Gettysburg, it's about baseball! Yes Gettysburg had a famous baseball player. Here's a brief of his story. "Edward Stewart Plank, nicknamed "Gettysburg Eddie", was an American professional baseball player. A pitcher, Plank played in Major League Baseball for the Philadelphia Athletics from 1901 through 1914, the St. Louis Terriers in 1915, and the St. Louis Browns in 1916 and 1917. "
Now with that said, Gettysburg Eddie's was a super alternative to our original plans. The drinks were awesome, the food was delicious, and the staff were informative about Eddie Plank, and very accommodating. Stop in for a bite, you won't be disappointed.

We tried to have dinner at Gettysburg Eddie's, because the reviews were so great. Unfortunately, we were not able to eat there.we came to the door, gave them our party size (8), including an 11 year old with type 1 diabetes so the sitiation as it unfolded was just awful. They took our cell #, and promised to text us when ready. With 2 young kids, we explained we would walk around. We checked the texts.several other unrelated texts came in, and after 40 minutes we checked back at the door. They claimed to have texted us.but there were no texts. They told us they had given the tables away, so sorry, they couldn't help us. Please notice.not only was this an awful experience, but with a diabetic child, this was dangerous.and they did not offer ANYTHING, not even to the child. Frankly, I do not believe they texted us. We got other texts, but nothing from them. We are still furious.

I am on a trip to Gettysburg with my mom and son. Last night we ate here and it was so delicious. Today, we wanted to eat somewhere that was only in Gettysburg, and chose Gettysburg Eddie's again. The food is so fresh and u can just feel the love Chef puts in to the plate. Did I mention the staff? I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

I scored a home run with my fish tacos. Would go again. Cool inside. Didn't realize it was named after a real hometown baseball hero and Hall of Famer, Edward Plank. Look him up. One of the best left-handed pitchers of all time.

Food was good and service was good but was disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. We walked on and I stepped on a tomato on the floor and than when I looked down I noticed the floor was full of crumbs and some food droppings. Granted place was busy but in especially in times like these being clean is pretty important

Very nice clean and respectable pub loved the food and the atmosphere was cool. The most note worthy was the staff, Katie was a great waitress. Friendly attentive and courteous also went out of her way to make sure my father who is elderly was taken care of and welcomed warmly. Even while she had her hands full with other guests. Job well done Eddies!

Great little restaurant with a very good menu selection. Casual atmosphere with the focus on Adam's County, PA only HOF baseball player from the early 1900's. Very good beer selection to & relax in a comfortable while in Gettysburg.

It's a smaller bar area, but a big restaurant. Service was excellent, makes you wonder if it's a family business, or they just treat their employees very well because it represents itself very well. Food was excellent and pricing was very good for what you got

They should rename menu the strike-out.everything you pick they don't have! Waitress could care less about waitressing and the place needs cleaning. It is a very cool building, awesome pictures, but it gives off a Ruby Tuesday vibe.so much could be done to update it. I will say I had the fish fry and it wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. Daughter had chicken tenders and they looked like Cisco frozen tenders.

Food was pretty good we got the crab pretzel the hero and the philly (with some modifications) and the fire cracker tacos it was all yummy. My only request is a little less cream cheese in the CRAB pretzel. The beer was fantastic tho!
