Do not hire for your home inspection! Mislead us on multiple issues in our home. Did not check our Dryer was vented properly (it’s not vented at all) but wrote that our Dryer vent was acceptable. Does not line up with InterNACHI standards not to mention could be a huge fire hazard and is now costing us a large amount of money to fix. Set a date for him to come back for a re-inspection after the sellers fixed what we requested-but then no call, no showed and never heard from him again. Not worth your time or money.
