Gettysburg Self-Storage

The staff is helpful and friendly. They implemented a gate with a code at our location and while I like it for the safety of my items, it takes too long to open or close when someone is directly ahead of you and the signs are explicitly clear about only letting one vehicle in per code.

They were so kind, and easy to work with. It made a tough situation that much easier and it was so appreciated!

Renting was quick online. The unit is clean and comes with a keyed-lock (seperate one time fee for lock, yours to keep when finished with your rental). Reasonable prices, clean unit and secure.

Excellent experience and easy setup. Chose to stop in the office to give a DL copy. Glad I did, the ladies in the office were professional, informative and had good personalities. Important qualities in a people business.
The subtraction of 1 star is that my unit is on a hill and the parking and driving areas are blue stone. By no means a deal breaker with the advertised specia with the rental rate and the personalities and customer service of the office personnel.
The unit is brand new and spotless inside too.

So far have had no bad experiences with the company. Reservation and move in process was super easy, everything pre-move in was done online/through email. They provided a lock ($15), and in general has been very convenient and reasonably priced. The unit was clean when we first arrived. Management and staff is friendly and responds quickly to emails. All units look easily accessible and of good quality. We will see how things hold up after a few months of storage.

The company was very helpful. Getting a storage locker was all done online! It made it very nice to not have to be there during normal business hours

Staff is friendly, but incredibly over priced for what the units they offer are. Also the office is in an inconvenient location. This is my own opinion.

The manager at the Gettysburg self storage units is very respectful, helpful, understanding n she always calls you back the same day.

Units are kept in very good condition and management is quick to reply. One of the better storage unit experiences I've had!
