Giacomo's Italian Market and Grille reviews
15Everything is amazing! The Italian Specialty items are next level! Sal & his crew are the best!
Ok. I hate to be like everyone else here, but.the cheesesteaks, MY GOD.
The cheesesteaks here have literally changed my life, and I am such a better person for have discovering them.
We live across town, but this has quickly become the #1 choice for our weekly lunch date for my fiancé and I.
Of course, we've ordered the cheesesteak each time. Not the hero one, the cheaper simpler one. I'm a little wary of "sauce" that different places put on cheesesteaks, honestly at other places it usually ruins it for me. But here, I highly recommend ordering it just how they make it, because whatever they're doing is PERFECT. Order the simpler cheaper cheesesteak.
We've also ordered cheese fries here. The fries are good, jersey boardwalk style.
They have some fancy Italian desserts that are very good too.
And some artisan small batch sodas for a reasonable price, highly suggest the birch beer!
Really nice little seating area to enjoy an amazing lunch with your date, friends, or colleagues. Listen.if your girl hasn't been here, take her!
I also once ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese here early in the morning, my mom ordered the same. It was a little expensive, like around $5, but soooo worth it! Best bacon around.
Highly recommend this place!
Coming from an Italian Jersey girl who is new to Easton, Giacomo's is hands down the best Italian food in the area! I have yet to order anything that wasn't absolutely fresh and delicious!
Giacomo’s is a gem of an eatery positioned right in heart of the historic College Hill neighborhood. You could not ask for a better place for breakfast, lunch, and Italian deli menu items. The food is of the highest quality, and I can say the exact same for the staff. The pricing is more than fair for very tasty fast casual food. The cheese steak is of course phenomenal, and so is a traditional turkey sub, but never discount a good Italian sub, add an Italian deli. It’s the best Italian sub around. The salami sub is even worth mentioning! I would eat here every day if I were able to. I’ve met people who have driven more than 30 miles to come here for lunch. Only living a block from the restaurant I don’t take what I have for granted. Giacomos is the best.
Excellent local Italian deli. Great hoagies and breakfast sandwiches. They also have really good home made pasta sauces. Traditional Italian meats in the deli like guanciale which can be hard to find elsewhere in the area.
One of the best cheesesteaks I have had IN MY LIFE. Meat was cooked and seasoned perfectly, the roll was fresh, and it was a perfect amount of food. I look forward to my next trip back.
They have one of the best cheese steaks in Easton. I've had several other options that are also delicious.
Ham, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was excellent. Service was great. Place has character. Loved the antique butcher block that’s still in use. Will return for lunch another day.
Great cheesesteaks
Clean restaurant
Good service
Fair prices
I have only been here once, because everyone says they're cheesesteak is the best in the Lehigh Valley, and some might think it's the best on earth.
I wouldn't go that far but if you are s cheesesteak aficionado, this is one you don't want to miss.
On top of that it's an Italian market. Their tomato sauce, aka gravy, is excellent. They have a nice selection of high quality macaronis to choose from as well.
The only bad thing about this place is the short hours, 9am to 3pm. You'll be sitting at home at dinner time dreaming of a cheesesteak but they won't be open at that time. It's a cruel world we live in.
5 stars easily here and with no hesitation whatsoever.
My favorite sandwich shop in Easton. I stop in for lunch anytime I’m back visiting family.
Everything sold is top quality. The crew is amiable and helpful. Particularly enjoy their? Rob sausage.
This spot is sweet. Has about everything you can think of. The panini Italiano was awesome (not actually a panini more like a hero sandwich). Staff was very kind and helpful. Not the cheapest but with top notch quality you can’t expect that. Definitely a must try!
You want Italian? Giacomo's is da best! Stopped for fresh made Italian sausage and semolina bread. OMG! Roasted peppers and olives; da best! Sooooo good. Manga!
Perfect stop for lunch as a contractor! Food made to order Absolutely professional staff all the way around while I'm still new to this spot I highly recommend to check it out
