They try to get you to sign paperwork that's not tailored for your vehicle n say "ITS STANDARD" Poor management and customer service.

SCAMMERS. NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL. First they couldn’t process my “paperwork” until the next day and caused me to have to leave my car there over the weekend. & THEY ARE CLOSED ON THE WEEKEND! I was unnecessarily charged almost $1000 by the end of the weekend when I was told that I was not going to be charged over the weekend- SCAM. THEN They had all types of BS rules once I arrived with the money to pick up my car. Couldn’t pick it up without an appointment…. Okay so I asked to be set up to make an appointment. Can’t set up an appointment over the phone. WHY DIDNT THEY SAY THIS WHEN I WAS THERE FRONT OF THEM - SCAM. I set up the appointment. GET THERE WITH CASH and was told I could only play through money gram? -SCAM. THEN I manage to get through all that NONSENSE just for my car to have a flat tire AND for them to then CHARGE ME TO MOVE MY CAR OUT THE LOT. -SCAM.

This company is a scam! Don’t use them and don’t scree over someone else! They are out for MONEY.they wanna tow my car on a saturday, say their closed on weekends so i can’t pick it up, and require a 24 hour appointment to pick up my car again but won’t let me make the appointment for another 24 hours until the weekend ends.someone can pick up the phone to give me $75 aggravation charge for calling about my car but can’t write down my name number and a time for my appointment? Drawlin.

They never show up, do you even tow in Delco, if not I Def want a new company this is ridiculous

My car got towed to Trenton Nj to this location which is an hour away anyways my car got towed and they refuse to give any information despite being with the owner and having all the information, i also called 2 times from my phone and once from my boyfriends.first call was on my bfs phone and we asked what we needed female on the phone let us know that we needed the owner or else she wouldn’t talk to us.called them again on my phone, first time on my phone they did not answer so i left a voice message with my aunt (the owner) second time i called the owner of the car was still with me but the female on the phone answered and asked all the same questions again i was trying to let her know that i was with my aunt but immediately the lady on the phone started catching an attitude and saying if i call again she will put a $75 aggravation fee like ma’am how else am i suppose to call about the car like i had the owner with me and all and this lady just is so rude and reading the other reviews on this site just make sense.
EDIT: i never said i break laws just wish the customer service was better.also they messed up my cars trim in the back and the mudguard, but thanks to whoever the lady is at the impound lot she said she read my review?

Vehicle was justly towed due to a miscommunication with property owners. Although they unjustly raise prices on unsuspecting victims without any “reason” until speaking to the 4th person I was told I was being charged $80 for gas inflation essentially. Tow driver must be very inexperienced because after I paid fee my car was brought out with a flat (tire was just installed 2 weeks ago) when confronted they said “how would I have done that” then after showing my disdain and calling them thieves, the tow truck drivers wife proceeded to tell me “maybe you should learn to read” after which the situation got heated and then I noticed my rear bumper was cracked by taillight and my trunk as well. Staff is very unprofessional and it shows. The flat was caused by a rim that the driver cracked when hooking onto vehicle. I have also had a vehicle parked in the very same parking of mine for TWO days and after several calls to them they didn’t even remove that vehicle from property. Drivers wife also “claimed” she sent me a receipt to my email which after 4-5 hours now I still have not received. EDIT: Receipt was forwarded to property managers for a total of $250 when I was charged $350. Con artists.

OMG! Carmen was a FREAKING lifesaver! Me and my friends were stranded and called they got to us so quick! Not only that but he definitely went the extra mile to help us out! It was an amazing experience and Im so grateful for everything!

Carmen was the driver who saved my car and i from a very chaotic day. This towing company is incredible. Not only were they fast but my car got home safe and sound. I would very much recommend using this company. A good price and good people:) very satisfied!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They are beyond unprofessional and very rude. They talk at you. I got into with a tow truck driver who call me out of my name multiple times. Would not Listen kept talking over me. Even went as far as to say my credit was bad because of my car. I do not recommend this business at all. Terrible and I don’t know how they are still in business.

The women whom answered the phone, after calling a dozen times, refused to provide their office hours since I was calling on behalf of someone else. She was a rude, disgusting, loudmouth. If there is any other business you can work with, use the other business. It’s my believe that this business may be involved in some unethical business practices and will be filing a complaint to the district attorney’s office.

This is the WORSE COMPANY EVER AND NEEDS 000 starts! THEY STOLE ALL OF MY HUSBANDS TOOLS DURING A TOW. I have him on camera leaving my property with the bed cover on the truck and tools and hik arriving at the dealer with everything in the truck!

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. Highly unprofessional and extremely rude. Both people spoken to were on power trips. Gave misleading information and charged extra for their mistake.

Towed my vehicle from my apartment complex because of non-visible parking permit. Shady, crooked and totally dishonest. This towing company is bottom of the barrel. Any favorable reviews must have been posted by their family and friends!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE - DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY. The Dispatch, the driver, are the most unprofessional tow company ever and let's face it, how professional does a tow have to be. My coworker had the absolute worst service by phone and driver drops car at wrong locations. There was another time where we went to the location to have the car towed and driver left as we pulled in to greet him by the car. He never gave us chance. We had to call for another service. All reviews speak for themselves and it is sad because it seems like the staff is miserable.

It is a sign of the service when an owner's response claims a bad review is a "competitor". My post is a review from a disastified customer. Myself and coworker was involved with this towing headache. We had to call for additional tow. We worked 5 minutes from car location, pulled in and driver was gone. Had to call for another tow. Needless to say, another bad review for the business for this terrible lack of ownership response.

Very professional took no more then 15 mins and he was there as in AAA is sometimes hours cuz they’re on the clock great customer service and all around great experience highly recommend

Towed my vehicles from my place of residence because of non visible parking permit. Which is not the problem. Did visible damage to 1 of my vehicles and mechanical damage to the other. To boot has a terrible business practice of not owning up to their gross negligence and incompetence from their employees. Stay clear of these hacks. They have no business towing vehicles. Or touching other people's property for that matter.

Norristown office was reliable and professional - answered right away and towed my disabled vehicle without issue.
