Sorry to say this location is terrible! Use to go to it regularly only go now when really need to. For past year we go to ShopRite in West Chester which is always well stocked with every item and Better prices with Senior discount as well. The Lionville Giant always has multiple empty shelves in multiple items and this is going on even today after pandemic as was in there just two days ago. I can always find the number of missing items at Giant at ShopRite or other stores like Wegman so not an availability issues on products as appears to be a Giant issue. They really need to work on the consistency of this store which is gone!

This is one of my favorite Giant grocery stores in the area. It's clean, well stocked (pending the supply chain issues), and the staff is friendly. I love the layout of the store and it makes more sense to me than Wal-Mart.

I was the only customer at the deli counter, while 3 staff members cleaned and chatted. When I first arrived one of the staff members greeted me, told me someone would be with me shortly. After that I was ignored for a full 10 minutes before I finally walked out. Worst customer service experience I have ever had at a Giant.

This is the store I go to 90% of the time. The staff is always friendly and I usually don't wait for more than 5 minutes to start check out.

The stupid self checkout machines here always have an error 9 out of 10 times and then I have to raise my hand and wave it around and try to get someone to help me for no reason. So sick of it

I stopped in to get a gallon of spring water and was surprised to find that Giant was charging almost $4.50 for a gallon for water. Yes, $4.50 a gallon for water. The same brand was $2 a gallon less at Acme. I have never seen water priced so high, even in Florida during hurricane season.

Giant has been trying to improve this location. Latest upgrades make it better, just not enough space as other locations.

Selection is average given the size of the store. Prices aren't bad. What brings down the rating is the deli. The deli drives me insane because even before COVID, it was never staffed right, and the selection is below average.

Giant has been having stocking issues, like many other stores. I also notice prices creeping up, and short dating on produce. It's still a good grocery store, with many varieties and mostly affordable.

The Giant in the Lionville-Exton area is smaller than most of the other stores. However, they keep it as well stocked as possible and the store has a nice layout. The staff are very nice and helpful. I can get most things I need there and still enjoy Giant's good prices.

Came in here for flowers and they had a good selection for a good price. Lines were a little long but it was a Monday at 5 so proably the busier time for them. Was clean and nice.

Entrance to the liquor store has been closed off probably because Giant is now selling beer and wine but so nice you can get to the liquor store from the street! Store is nice, clean and being restocked in several places so everything was fully stocked!

Don’t get me started on the deli. Place your order at the kiosk, do 30 minutes of grocery shopping, go to the dry cleaner, go to Wawa, come back to giant and your order MIGHT be done. The clientele has taken a turn towards sketchy the past couple years. Most employees are helpful. The store is clean. The supply on the shelves can leave you disappointed. I know we’re still having supply chain issues, but the store seems to be hit harder than most.

My wife and I are very disappointed with the store’s bakery. A week ago, we stopped at the store to order a cake for her 30th birthday party. As one of the bakers helped us fill out the order form, we inquired about having a picture put on the cake, and the baker said to print the picture and bring it in. My wife printed the picture out and brought it to the store the next day, but couldn’t drop it off because there was no one working in the bakery at that time. She came back the next day and there still wasn’t anyone working at the bakery. My wife spoke with a woman at the customer service desk (who was speaking rudely to her coworker) and she told her to come back after 4pm when the bakery reopened. She returned after 4pm, gave the picture to someone working in the bakery (although it was hard to find someone at first), and the employee attached the picture to our completed order form. I went to pick the cake up for the party yesterday, and the cake did not have the photo on it. I believe someone from customer service told me that they couldn’t find the picture that we dropped off, so they took $5 off of the price of the cake. Additionally, the icing and lettering on the cake was done sloppily. The party was in less than an hour though, so it was too late to correct anything.

Very clean and nice the associates were very kind especially whoever was in the department holding my smoked turkey wings thank you greatly you made my greens without cooking them perfect

Employees are visibly and verbally unhappy with their work. Very little to no effort to help me find items (I’m from out of town and in the area for a few weeks). I had to ask 3 employees for where walnuts were before an employee begrudgingly pointed me in the right direction.

It may have been because it’s the holidays or maybe they just are unhappy as employees. I’ll take my business elsewhere if I can.

It’s a grocery store and it has the items but if you can’t find something, good luck getting someone to help. So, 2-stars.

Do not apply to work here! I have had tons of work experience, a bachelors degree and 2 Masters degrees and I have NEVER experienced such a disorganized organization like this Giant. The employment process took months and even after that it took days to hear from them about when and where I would start. Then when I was offered a position at another Giant location they sabotaged the offer by presenting THEIR mistakes as mine. They completely misrepresented my character. They are shady employers do not apply here.
