GIANT, Bethlehem PA

On Christmas Eve I purchased a $100 gift card as a gift for my daughter. A few weeks after Christmas, we tried to use the card and it was not activated. I returned to the store, the customer service desk researched through my bonus card to find the transaction from Christmas Eve. They refunded me the money for the gift card and also gave me another $100 gift card for my troubles. Way to go Giant.

They were out of most cough drops.only a few choices. I know, people are sick!
No red leaf lettuce!

Ex. $7 for a jar of mayo, $4 for store brand butter and I won't even mention what they want for beef. You're screwing the people that support your store. Shame on you!

This store was dirty. Upon self checkout, the machine was not working properly. Person had to assist several times. I said I felt like walking out. When finished, the machine announced loudly how much I spent. I consider this to be a privacy issue. Will never shop at your store again. Just overall horrible experience.

The store is very clean and easy to shop. It was my first time at the location, and I had no issues navigating the aisles and finding exactly what I needed. There is a good selection of bakery items and plants. The prices are good too

Prices are fair, place was very clean and they had a very big variety of food very satisfied

Prices are pretty good given the current state of things. Store is clean. People workers are friendly.

However, the reason I cannot score any higher is because of the numerous issues I had with their pharmacy. There were a few times where I had reordered some of my Epilepsy meds and received the call to pick them up, only for them to not be ready. It becomes quite tedious when I have to walk 4.5 miles to and from because I have no money and can't drive.

I also recently moved across the country. My Primary Care Doctor ordered 3 month supplies of all of my meds specifically for this reason. Not only were my Epilepsy meds 1 month each, my my Hormone Therapy pills werent filled at all. I've had to adjust my dosages myself to try to make things work because I currently have no home to live in, unless you count a car as one.

TLDR, Giant is a great store. But their pharmacy could use a little work.

Was looking for nondairy cheese, but I couldn't find any. I also noticed that their nondairy yogurt is quite a bit more expensive than other stores.

My favorite giant branch. I've gotten to know the staff, they are all so nice and helpful whenever they can.

The only issue I have with Giant is that I am always watched like a hawk when I do self checkout. Now I have noticed, when there is another person in self checkout, in front of me who looks like me, they are watched too. BUT when the person does not look like me there is no one paying attention. Please stop that Giant staff/personel. It is very uncomfortable and very offensive. There are several covert ways to monitor theft in your store without it being so obvious and biased.

Everything is well organized, workers are always working hard, and everyone is polite. Would definitely recommend this GIANT to friends and family.

First time I ever been to this giant normally I would give 5stars but the store was not properly stocked and I can’t say much because they didn’t seem very friendly. But overall I found what I needed and was satisfied.

It's great for staple items and I've always preferred Giant for their variety of flavored seltzer- it's a larger selection than most stores.
