Could be a bit cleaner. Maybe update the instacart app because i see items that are not even in store.

LOVE this Giant store! I have been coming here regularly for about 2 years, and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. It's always pleasant, which is why I drive a bit extra from NJ to come here. We were there today. Was it busy and a bit crowded before the holidays? Yes, but there were no collisions or unpleasant interactions. They had absolutely everything we needed on our long list in stock, minus heavy cream. The staff is always professional and helpful. Love this Giant location!

We go here because it’s the most affordable option in town, but it’s selection is not nearly as good as the other Giant grocery stores in nearby towns.

They insist that I go get my driver's license that was in my car because I didn't look like I was 21 meanwhile I'm 64 years old so I walked out and did not buy anything

Nice store but i do not like being asked to donate money and i do not like being taken for higher price on products because i don't have a Gaint card If you don't have a card you should still pay the same price those that do have a members card without asking clerk to use store card and when that happens they make it time consuming to everyone by saying I don't have one I need a manager for that

When you're from the New York metro area and you visit New Hope Pennsylvania, you will be amazed at what we're missing. Great selection, low prices and good location.

I was told by the cashier I could redeem my points at the service desk and use them for credit in the store for food purchase. Sunday afternoon at 4pm, I was at this giant, I went to customer service and asked them to put my points on so I could use them for purchase in the store and the woman told me no. She said they will only do it for people who have a computer or have a phone. They will not allow everyone to use the points for in store purchases. I also asked a person working the floor if they had water in the back and they just said, "I don't know I don't work in that department. " This staff at this store is completely useless. I will never return to the store again.

My go to Giant really. Their upgrade is awesome for anyone who’s vegan or plant based because there’s actual aisles for us now including a refrigeration section that offers only vegan/plant based items. Tons of new selections and the prices are decent. I also love their produce it’s very well organized.

Best supermarket in the area. Now they have a beer garden. Great employees. Fresh food. Reasonable prices as long as you pun in your affinity card. Acceptably clean.

The McCaffrey's opened down the street making it clear that Giant has better prices but less service.

The employees are very nice and helpful but the managers were.on many occasions very rude and didn't want to be bothered with silly questions or something that would take them away from sitting in their office otherwise everything else was awesome

I have been to a number of Giants and they all pale by comparison to this one. (My home one.) Thanks for being my Giant.

Oof. So, mostly I'm making this as a wake-up call, because tonight it was obvious that this store is really struggling from mis-management. Someone at the top is setting a bad example, and over time I've watched this location deteriorate to the point where it was this evening.

As soon as I pulled in, I noticed that the parking lot was a mess, carts everywhere, carts overflowing from the stalls and causing a hazard. It was almost comical: I get to the door, and there was a single large cart left, which I didn't need and left for someone getting a full load of groceries. I walked clear to the other side of the store to find a basket, and you could tell, nothing was being maintained: Every checkout lane was dirty, full of baskets, also just piles of baskets in the middle of the floor randomly.

The rest of the store really varies day by day. Deli is always a 5/5 if you order fresh sliced. Cleanliness really depends when you go here, but has been on the decline for over a year. Today was really bad, though- see pics of the checkout I had to use. Unfortunately, there seems to be very few staff on-hand to clean or take care of the store, but even the ones who were there were not taking much responsibility. I can't remember how long it's been since I've seen a supermarket in such disrepair, but it was really striking. As I left a half hour later, I realized that every cart stall in the entire lot was still overflowing.such a shame.

It really depends on location. Some stores can be disorganized and have some expired products on shelves. Also in some stores employees are not helpful at all.

My regular supermarket, decent selection, good value, but many turnoffs. Deli is consistently awful, I have to walk away half the time when no one is there to wait on me. I once waited 11 minutes with a ticket in hand and finally gave up. Deli folks have zero sense of urgency, like they are all stuck in slow mode.
I am a senior with bad arthritis and cannot easily use the self checkout.
So that means I have to wait for the one real human being they have to check me out. Rarely is there more than one human checker. Mgmt should get out of office and come out and help out. Lastly when they stock shelves, particularly in produce, they clog up the aisles by being careless with their stocking carts. They don't push them off to the side so you can get through. I go early in the morning and am constantly
having to avoid their carts full of food sitting in aisles waiting to be stocked. I have never seen this at their local competition and that other smaller market has three full time checkers on at all time. Wake up Giant. Pay enough to get more help in there.
This is meant as constructive criticism. Hope they make improvements, particularly setting minimum staffing standards for checkers. One is simply ridiculous in a store this size.
Here's a little ditty that solves this
Two Lines All The Time
for both deli and checkout, lines with humans please.
Two Lines All The Time
that will solve these problems. Of course Covid has been an issue but the shopping experience is truly suffering because of it.

They need to pay a bit attention on their roasted chicken, there are more self check out machine than cashier, many we all should get a name tag. Their price have gone up so much since the other stores gone, they need to realize people start going up to shop rite in Flemington now.

Great wine and beer selection though, cheese section and deli are great with super friendly staff. Got bigger doesn't make them better,

My first visit to a Giant market. All I have to say is BRAVO! I love the customer service, and the food choices for those with food intolerances was wonderful.
