GIANT, Pottstown PA

This giant is usually really good but seem to be out of stock on a lot of regular items. Other grocery stores have the same ites so not sure why giant is always out of stock.

North Coventry is great! Love the self service for large checkout! Everyone is so friendly!

I love my giant but prices are out of control, I now shop more at Walmart for food then giant, I used to have 60-90 cents off a gallon a month now I don't even check my points cuz I don't shop here as often, but still love the location and the long time employees that I've known since I moved to the area

Ample parking, courteous staff. Visit the pharmacy for all of your medications and vaccine needs. Kind hearted people

They got all you need for the season, at prices that make the inflation not heavy on your wallet.

Had a great experience shopping at this store today. I am not very familiar with this store yet, and Jason and all of the staff were extremely helpful. It’s nice to see people that work hard and take pride in their job. Thank You guys we look forward to seeing you soon

The meat counter had some interesting items like Citrus Chicken Thighs with bone in and skin on. Hard to find that these days. They also have a beer/wine store now too.

It's a chain grocery store the size of a stadium. Prices are definitely on the high side. Not some place I ever really want to go for beer or wine again either. Selection is very limited.

Best bakery in the area. We have ordered specialized cakes, custom cookie cakes and all different kinds of baked goods for parties and always receive compliments on how great the desserts are. Have never been disappointed at this location

Despite all the economic problems these days Giant keeps the prices reasonable and the shelves stay reasonably well-stocked. I rarely can't finish my shopping list

This Giant apparently employs people who are rude and inconsiderate of the customers. I saw another review stating they had a similar experience with the customer service desk, so I assume this is the norm for this store.

I was in here to do an instacart order, and approached the deli counter.
First off, there are no tickets to pull or signs stating that if you want service you need to order at the kiosk. This is the only Giant I've seen that does it this way. There were several people behind the counter slicing meats and various things, so I assumed I'd be helped if I waited.

After a few minutes of waiting, the older man who asked me what I need, immediately cut me off after hearing I didn't order in the kiosk and told me I needed to wait. It was not a hard request, I think i just needed a pound of something. I waited another 5 minutes or so, while he did absolutely nothing, before I just replaced the item with a presliced item and left.

Then on my way out, the same man cut me off with a deli cart and blocked the whole aisle. No apologies or anything, I don't think he even acknowledged me.

I won't be back to this storeunless I absolutely have to.

This is the best Giant we've ever shopped at because of the staff that always go over and above. The deli, customer service, dairy, meat, produce and seafood are so accommodating at every visit. We have 2 other Giant stores closer to our home, but we prefer to travel to this one because of the cleanliness of the store and the awesome staff. Great job Giant employees!

Called the store for information on something that I needed and Josh answered. So grateful he did, he went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and there needs to be more employees like him. Thank you Josh for going above and beyond, definitely Class A, #1 employee.

Totally awesome place. Had great salad bar and rewards program. They don't put the stickers over the ziplock seal so you have to rip open the lunch meat like a savage beast. Can't stand that jawn.

Glad can cat food is getting better. But why the shortage of dry friskies in the smaller bags? But by far still my favorite Giant.

Nice store. Lots of great premade & hot to go food. I would definitely go here more if I lived nearby. Just thought layout of store was a bit odd. But I'd go back
