Karen Q helped us out! She Informed us about something totally obvious but mind blowing! She was so kind as well! Excellent service all around!

Great pharmacy! I had it with the lazy female pharmacist at Rite Aid off Broad st. Giant opens on time!

This is my Go To Giant. Theonline ordering/pick up team is EXCELLENT. Also, Christian who is a bright, young man is a polite, hardworking employee. While his team is standing around inside, he's outside fetching carts and going out if his way to help customers. Kudos to him and whoever hired him.

Could this Giant have a more miserable person working the self checkout.
Did someone call out and this person, who apparently doesn't like interacting with customers, have to fill in?

It would be a good idea if your cashiers would bag the groceries instead of standing there drumming their fingers while I bagged my OWN. And maybe get rid of the special parking spaces for lazy, entitled people! That would also be helpful.

Always my go-to store! I just dislike the parking lot. It's sometimes tricky... In my experience, anyway

Sometimes great deals but generally overpriced. Always a nice environment and friendly staff.

Love grocery shopping there and going to the pharmacy, I love all the main pharmacists, as well as the pharmacist technicians️

Great shopping experience to this Giant. Very friendly helpful workers. They always have fresh baked goods, meats, seafood & dairy items. Clean well laid out isles.

Like the store but the shopping carts are garbage. They're rusty and otherwise damaged. Buy some new carts already!

The service at the deli is great! We always ask the girl what she recommends and it’s always the best! She always makes grocery shopping fun

All in all, this is my go to for anything I don't buy online.

They're pretty standard but it's clean and well managed. I think the entire Giant food chain could use an update but this store seems to be doing the very best it can.

I don't have any complaints at all and I think I always get good service and everything I need.

Giant is a reasonable grocery store. Good deli, good fresh made breads, good produce selection. I think other stores have better meats so one star subtracted.

Gotta Love Giant appropriately. The name Giant means Giant discounts and Giant markdowns. The prices are awesome and the bakery is awesome. Markdown stickers are fun to seek out like a treasure hunt.

Waited 30 minutes at seafood counter for assistance before calling the store manager to ask if he could send someone to assist me. 15 more minutes later without anyone coming to help and I gave up and just left. Unacceptable faIlure at customer service.

They added EV CHARGING STATIONS. I POSTED PHOTOS OF THEM AND THE PLUG THEY USE. Nice Market, no longer 24 hours, closes at 10 pm. I like this place better than all the other markets in the area. Their seasonal produce is always the best around.

I would encourage the store too have more clams both the Middle Neck and Cherrystone sizes right now they rarely have them in stock and not many when they do

The fish is very good and the lobsters especially the smaller size ones are wonderful

Look for the circulars when they have the lobster for 599 a pound with the coupon

Everything was fine until I had a rude employee talk to me like I’m child. She called me back to the register because she thought the order wasn’t finished and gave me the worst attitude and made it seem like I was a thief! She watched me take my receipt because I couldn’t figure out where my receipt was! She was standing right in front of me. Unbelievable how her tone was towards me when I didn’t do anything!

I always feel at home when I'm in Giant. It probably has something to do with me shopping in my slippers. All kidding aside, the customer service is second to none.

Giant has its good days and bad days. Most of the time the store has fresh produce and plant based proteins, other times, not so much.

Like most stores during these times with logistics issues, you can eventually find what you need.

Staff are superior.
