Giant Eagle, Gibsonia PA

If you are visiting and not from this area, I would not recommend this store. The lines are too long and if you use self check, which had a line too, you find out at the self check out machine won’t work if you don’t have a Golden Eagle card you can’t use the self check out line and then they have the audacity to tell you to go wait in the regular line after you have already been waiting to check out for like ten minutes. What a load of bs.

Avoid this store at all costs! Staff are some of the rudest people I have ever interacted with.

We just experienced the best grocery store experience we have ever had. We just moved to the area and typically hate the grocery store but everyone went above and beyond. We were looking for asparagus and there were only two really sad batches left so we grabbed one and before we even left the produce section we were intercepted by an employee (Casey) who saw us and brought out a fresh box for us to pick from and took our old asparagus. Every employee was knowledgeable about where items were and if they didn’t know they instantly found an employee who would know where to look. Even the cashier at checkout (didn’t catch her name) was very friendly and funny. As we were leaving the store to begin the review, someone came over to our car and offered to take our empty cart for us to put the cherry on top of a perfect experience! Keep up the good work giant eagle! So happy we moved here.

I was glad to see that all but one customer werewearing masks, and all employees were wearing masks.

Never again will shop there. Zero stars. Giant Eagle thinks they can do anything and when you tell them you're not coming back, their response is. "so what". I will shop small for now on.

Good job with COVID-19 procedures. I saw one woman enter without a mask and no one asked her to wear one. Other than that they did a great job.

The store was not as busy as I expected it to be. They are a very clean store and wiped down everything after it was used. That are also fully stocked I found everything I needed and was looking for.

I got lost in the Giant Eagle. This location is laid out like no other GE location I have been to. Worst part was finding Oat Milk. Not in dairy, only cow juice there. There is an isle marked for soy milk, has soy, almond, but no oat milk. Found it in the coolers near produce. Never found the bakery, produce went right into fish. Should have been a quick stop, made me late, left without some things on my list.

Very very nice store. I really do love shopping this location. It is big with most of the things you need! Good employees, and very well kept up.

This Giant Eagle is okay, but they don't have everything that I look for when I am buying food. They also don't have certain products that I'm looking for. The employees are very nice, but my biggest problem with this Giant Eagle is that they do not have Lottery. When I asked them about Lottery The person I talked to got an attitude with me that I did not appreciate. He was working at the customer service desk.

Tons of Mark up on things. I only go here when I can't find it at aldi' s. So yeah it reliably has what I need but oh it costs
