They never ever have your script ready. I telephone and they tell me the script is ready. When I go, there is the inevitable long line at the counter, and they tell me they are out of the medication and it's coming in on the truck tomorrow. Why couldn't they tell you that on the phone?

Another time, I telephoned first and when I went in, I was told it's not ready yet. Wait 20 minutes. I go back in 20 minutes and it's still not ready. I went back during the evening and it still wasn't ready.

They never have enough help. And the employees who are working are all standing behind the back counter and they will not come up and help whoever is checking people out at the counter. I don't like they way they treat people at this pharmacy.

You better call before you come and check and see if your script has been filled. Don't just trust they'll fill it, no matter how long the script be there. Most common phrase out of their mouths to customers is please wait 20 minutes.

Bought 3 covid tests today for a sick daughter. They were outdated. Brought them back. Customer service was closed, pharmacy wouldn't correct this. My daughter is sick, now I have to wait for customer service to come back c k from lunch to return these and go to drug store to try to find a good one. No concern for a handicapped person having to run back and forth for refund. Th excha

I called last week looking for a medication that is back ordered everywhere. I can’t remember the gentlemen’s name, but he was fantastic! He got me my script, was so polite and helpful! Thank you for the kindness. It would have been last Thursday around 430/5. Please acknowledge him!

They literally never EVER just fill an RX when the doc puts it in. I always have to call them to make sure they’ve started it and then it takes them an entire business day to fill it. Every single time and they are rude every single time I’ve had to call them. Changing pharmacies today. They’re trash.

Give them a few hours to put together a simple inhaler script for my daughter and when I get there I’m told we just got the script it will be 30 minutes. Do some shopping and go back 35 minutes later to be told by someone else, we just got the script it will be 30 minutes which is clearly a lie. Over an hour to place an inhaler and a mask for children in a bag and get lied to is very upsetting with a sick child being carried through a store.

Awful customer service there are 8 people in line only 1 person at th3 cashier station and the other 4 employees are in the back doing who know what but it only takes a few minutes to stop and help the people in line your work isn't going anywhere please stop and help the customers in line don't rely on one person to get everyone their scripts this is just poor customer service and lack of help towards others so sad I will no longer be shopping there

Do not go to The Caste Village Pharmacy for Flu or Covid shots! Terrible wait times and customer service. Very disappointed, I’m actually considering changing pharmacies after this experience!
