6Been 2 days and they claim they haven’t received a single prescription from my previous pharmacy and were very rude when inquiring
Ridiculously long line. Only one person working for pick ups. Time to change pharmacies. No wonder their rating is so low.
False advertising. I went in to get a vaccination and they turned me away, because they are too busy filling prescriptions. They should change their website to allow appointments or provide specific vaccine hours.
Great if you enjoy regularly standing behind 15-20 people in line just to be given the incorrect prescription.
Practically incompetent. Also they seem to find it funny when they are out of your medication
Poor customer service from pharmacist, prescription is never filled when sent. They also are always out of it, and never contact you about this. My prescription should have been filled over a week ago, no one ever told me it was unavailable. Then they changed the policy so certain prescriptions can’t be transferred. So now I have to take time out of my work day tomorrow to make my doctor call the same script to the giant eagle. 5 miles away from this one! Looking into changing pharmacies now!
