13Close to my house so I go there when I need small items. I think Giant Eagle is over priced so it's a rarity that I shop here. But the store is always well kept and nicely organized. And majority of the employees are nice.
Clean and nice selection. Obviously a little pricey compared to other grocery stores but their lunchmeat is better quality. Wish more selection of brands of bagels but all in all a nice store
Have not been here in 4 year's and decided to return I'm so happy I did shelves are well stocked compared too the Bethel Park one this store is my store of choice, everyone was friendly and our Cashier was fantastic keep up the excellent work
Great place to shop. Very organized and very easy to maneuver. Employees couldn't be any more helpful.
Some peoples who work there are rude. Their pharmacy really needs helps. Most of the time, I had to wait at least 20 mins to get a prescription. Most of the time, people who works in the pharmacy very slow, lack of customer assisting manner, and rude sometimes. I switched my pharmacy from there to Raid aid pharmacy across in the castevillage. I
My local Giant Eagle store. Smaller than the big Giant Eagle's, but I know where everything is and can find stuff easily, which means that I can get in and out quickly.
It's okay for having a prescription filled but for groceries, it's a pass. Limited selection of items, long waits in checkout line. It's like Giant Eagle lite.
The set up in this location of food items is very confusing. Aisles seem chopped off. Not easy to find things.
It's ok every time I go there seems like they don't stick the shelves to often certain things always seem to be out of to be such a small store
Forgot half the items I went in there to buy because I was running away from employees not wearing masks the whole time there!
Still selling recalled sale mix days after a recall. Of all places to not be on the ball with that kind of thing.
I shop there almost everyday I recently found out that an employee of the bank there had tested positive for covid not to long ago. Not only was no cystomers made aware of thus but I found out the employees were not made aware this put everyone in jeopardy and I will never shop there again
So I'd like to give a shout out to the manager. We had an issue with meat.and he compensated us very generously without any issue. Very nice man.we were able to put a down payment on a house.just kidding we chose other options of meat. Thanks Rick
