Giant Eagle Supermarket reviews
14Very clean place. Prices up on everything, I guess that is the same all over. Staff always helpful.
Giant eagle has been around since the 1950s. Whenever it first opened all of the people in the area had no idea how to shop using a grocery cart. It was pandemonium
Those older cashiers are so rude.my boys packed our bag.which is their job.no thank you no eye contact.nothing.my boys are black and they think all those white ladies are racists
Had horrible experience at the pharmacy. Not only don't they answer the phone but they claim they don't have time to answer.only time for customers who come in the store. I drove 20 mins to North Versailles while on hold because my mom couldn't get anyone on the phone and she was unable to drive. One employee argued with me asking when they were supposed to answer the phone. I just needed one simple question answered. A minimum qualification for pharmacy workers should be service to customers regardless of how they are trying to interact with the store as well as emapthy/compassion. They demonstrated none of that and no one apologized. I think they forget that customers have a choice of where to do business.
The pharmacy employees are always polite. The Deli employees are not! Store is small with not much of a selection, hit and miss. If you live close it's convenient but I would not drive far to go here. Cashier's are young, not friendly and very slow. Lines are usually long even at self checkout. Do NOT go here if you are in a hurry!
I like this location because its convenient for me. They don't have as good of a selection as the bigger stores but they always keep it stocked with essentials. Never had a bad experience with any of the employee's, customer service office workers have always been helpful. My only reason for 4 stars was because.in the seafood counter, the tag clearly reads wild caught Salmon from Chile but, the package clearly states "farm raised previously frozen". That matters to most seafood eaters. Please correct this.
Could have not waiting so long for flu shot, they should have everything everyone s information already.
I couldn't find anybody to help me find things when I did you set me in the wrong now nothing was faced out to employees talked while I check out and then help bag my own cart
I was looking for a particular tea bag they had it and I was able to get them. Also I was able to do in store banking
Clerk at that time very curtious and professional not like the others to steal and make the news!
My closest store always clean and tidy deli is hit or miss tho and the bakery is everything expected
Prices are too high, sales people are not friendly. Had to wait for cashier to get to her line, she was busy talking to 3 other cashiers.
Pleasant young lady at checkout, very professional and quick. Product availability could be better.
Their deli is the best even smaller than the super store in Irwin. The staff are much more friendlier and willing to slice the cold cuts to your wishes.
