The crew is looking very sharp and the way a grocer should with their aprons on. The store appearance is excellent, and my cashier, Elaine K was a pleasure to do business with.

Higher prices than most grocery stores, currently many things are out of stock and departments are closed or not staffed.

I’ve had very good shopping experiences here. I work nearby and as a chef dealing with all sorts of purveyor shortages I’m here often. Good quality and selection. I particularly like the newly expanded self checkout area.

The manager at this Giant Eagle looks miserable and unhappy. She never speaks if spoken too. If she responds it’s with an attitude. The rest of the staff are friendly

I used to swear by giant eagle. As of recently the quality of food isn't worth the higher price. I've bought spoiled meat here multiple times and it was before the sell by date. Better prices and quality at other stores.

Generally love this location for their great selection. However, I can say with confidence that you should avoid the meat department. On three consecutive occasions I have purchased meat (pork, lamb, then chicken) only to find that it was rancid when I opened it within 24 hours. Three plans ruined, over $100 wasted in total because I keep trusting what I no longer trust. I reached out to Giant Eagle and heard no response. It may be good for many things, meat is not one of them

As a former employee of this store I will submit that the cashier's are decent people, though I can't say that about all the managers, as for the store itself, since it is privately owned it has the ability to do things other "Giant Eagle's" can not, usually in the products it sells, as for what those products are that depends on the time of year and what the weekly sale is, one thing I want to mention to anyone looking for a job here is be sure to record your interview and be sure to ask specific questions about hours, time off, and insurance among other things, that way if they tell you one thing during the interview but it turns out to be something else later you can use it as a case to get what you were promised.

I stopped in to this Giant Eagle tonight to grab dinner and a couple other items. The 1st person I was in contact with was a man at the Sushi Bar and he was as pleasant as could be. He made sure I found everything I wanted. On my way out I decided to stop at the Starbucks Barista and this young girl was just amazing and very knowledgeable. She had a great personality. Then I ran over and grabbed two bottles of wine and the young man working the check out was outstanding and so personable. If every worker could take a lesson from these three young people shopping would always be a great experience. Thank you for such great employees!

Out of a lot of things. Employees are not very helpful. Self-checkout registers are "rude. "

Out of a lot of items. Prices were a little higher than other giant eagle stores. Fresh carrot dates were within a 3 day eat by date.

The Cranberry Township location has a better selection of gluten free items than most other locations.

Every single time I go in there for my insulin syringes they tell me they don’t have the appropriate size. I’ve been on insulin for over 10 years and have never had a problem at any giant eagle but this one. Every time I go to the pharmacy they give me dirty looks and act as if they don’t want to do their job and give me what I need. I told them I need syringes the size 100 units 30 gauge 1/2 inch and they always send me away with 5/16 Length in which I have to forcibly stab myself with just to get it to go in properly. Obviously junkies have made a bad taste but for people like me who actually need a certain item for real medical use this is absolutely absurd.

This Giant Eagle does not believe in hiring baggers. If you like watching 1 person do the work of 2 people, you are in the right place. Prices used to be more competitive and their sales were pretty good but I have seen that slowly fade. I wish they would bring back double coupons but they won't. I wish they would bring back perks for bringing reusable bags but they won't. I will compliment the nice carts they have, they have a cup holder!

We picked up flowers for my daughter's baby shower. The florist that helped us was incredible. We shopped for a few last minute items. And of course had to grab a Starbucks. Everyone was friendly and professional.

I sincerely can’t comprehend how consistently poor the produce is at Giant Eagle. No matter the time of year, you are sure to receive an utterly awful piece of fruit that’s softer and more sour than a week old used diaper. Prices go up, while product quality goes down. Typical capitalistic American garbage. It’s honestly impressive at this point that they are legally still allowed to sell such poorly produced items. I guess the industry standards are near nonexistent? Sad.

My friends and I were leaving town and grabbing some local beer to take home with us, and this was our second stop after finding the local Walmart didn't carry beer.

As we each aimed to take home a couple packs of beer each, we were rudely talked down to by the two alcohol department staff members about their state beer sales laws. How were we supposed to know? There was no signage posted anywhere within the vast beer selection.

There was absolutely no reason to be talked down to so rudely by the older man and woman working the counter. An incredibly disappointing first experience at Giant Eagle, not due to the laws, but because of the absolute rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff. Do yourselves a favor and get your alcohol fix anywhere else if you can.
