Giant Eagle Supermarket, Bethel Park PA

Curbside delivery: $42 wasted today.: lately the curbside has gotten sloppy and today after placing an order, paying a $10 and a tip, my order arrived with 3 big heavy jars of Mids Meat sauce and one Alfredo stuffed into one single bag. Both handles ripped off of the bag and glass shattered on the concrete in front of our door. So instead of having a delivery because I’m a cancer patient making life a bit less difficult I was outside in this humidity trying to clean meat sauce and Alfredo off of the concrete with glass everywhere. The ham from the deli that has a standing note to be chipped was sliced in big thick slices instead of being chipped. I called customer service and was told that since this bag made it out of their store without breaking they were not responsible. A few weeks ago I ordered tuna fish in water and got it oil. That was the same. Nothing was offered because I did not make the purchase in the store. If you don’t want to value the clients that need to use your curbside service then perhaps you shouldn’t be charging $10 for every delivery order. I’ve had raw chicken packed with my Deli meats and cheeses. Milk with raw beef. This is always when males are shopping and I have to assume bagging. I’m done and I hope others follow suit. Disgusting customer service during a time some of us can not come into your stores. That is $25 worth of mistakes PLUS $10 fee and a $7 tip to our delivery person. This is just this one order! $42 I should have spent elsewhere. Next time I absolutely will.

George, a very professional manager, caring, thoughtful, understanding and willing to listen to the customers full story of a major issue. To his honor, without first making judgement looked into the issue, once reviewed then rectified the issue with compassion. George please contact me so i can personally give you the found lost $50 dollars.

I just wanted to give a review for the kind and friendly older man with white hair and a beard who grabs the carts from outside. I am at giant eagle just about every single day and he seems to always be working so hard. He always grabs my cart from me and is always so happy to do so and is just so friendly. I don’t know his name, but he just makes my day when I see him.

Giant eagle needs to get it together! I had a return, and apparently no one in the store, not even the manager is able to do one except the customer service associate who was on break. Ridiculous! Seriously, train your employees and your manager to be able to help customers and run areas if you have employees on break. Can't wait to hand my suggestions to corporate

A little gem of a store. Neat, clean, well organized. Well stocked shelves. Good selection of bakery items and deli. Aisles a a little narrow.

Always fresh deli and bakery stuff because of how many people shop there. They usually have most of the registers open too. I haven't tried there Scan-N-Go feature but they also that. This is my first choice of grocery stores.this and Mountain View Dr.

Easy access with plenty of parking. Good prices and selection.
Conveniently located. Courteous and professional staff.

So disappointed. I used my Mastercard for a 200+ order. I wasn't able to use credit! They need the change their system.

Lousy service. Lousy product. Always out of alot if things. You half to climb up on shelves to get the last of something!

Shopping at GE is convenient as they offer a wide range of quality products. I did keep one star as I consistently find similar items cheaper at other retailers.

This is a good location. I never had problems finding products or with customer service. I been trying store brands a have been pretty tasty.

Apparently the store decides to shut down early without any notice posted. Don’t advertise the store hours if you aren’t going to stay open for that time.
