GIANT Food Stores, Mechanicsburg PA

Nicely pleased, but wider aisles please- too many "Karens" parking their cart in the middle of the aisle and blocking traffic flow. I enjoy a quick experience and spend at least $150.00 per visit and never complain. But too many "Karens" not spending money need to politely move off to the side to let "ideal" shoppers do their business efficiently.

The man working in the Chinese hot bar deli this evening was extremely rude, was told that is a third party- Giant needs to educate them on customer service or get them out of there. You don't stand there ignoring some customers with your arms folded then turn around and greet the next customers totally different.

I really enjoy the pre-prepared Chinese food to go dinners. The barbeque bourbon chicken and white rice was really good for 3.60 something.

They are doing a remodel. Just when people want to get in and out quickly. Sometimes it happens this way. Really inconvenient. Employees are friendly.

Store never has what you are looking for my wife drinks Swiss Premium Diet Sweet Tea and they never have it. I asked one of the associates who also is a friend of mine why they never seem to have it and if they could order it and he proceeded to tell me that he has tried to order it and he was told that they were not able to get it which seems funny when I can go to another Giant or any other grocery store and they always have plenty.

We're new to this area but this store seemed to be well stocked and maintained during this time. I was happy with my experience.

The man in front of me in the check out was not wearing a mask no one said anything to him not impressed

Normally I don't do ratings but after today's shopping trip, this Giant is no longer getting my family's business! The Night manager Jamie told my hubby he is band from Carlisle Pike Giant. What really irked me is it wasn't discreetly either.he said it out loud for all to hear an laughing about it. So we will continue our shopping with Camp Hill Giant.

Giant is always a good shopping experience. Good prices. Good deals. This particular stores isnt as large as some of the newer ones, but it has been modernized and the inventory is rather accommodating.

Giant bakery has a superb collection of cakes. I ordered one for my colleagues birthday.it was Soo yummy there wasn't anything left extra for anyone.its was Soo yummy and Soo soft and fresh cream️

Good selection.plenty of check outs open.deli service was slow and could use some help in customer service.

Very busy, but employees were restocking as fast as possible to keep customers happy. As always, the cashiers were friendly

I like this giant due to the variety of choices vs the one closer to me and also the beer and wine they sell in-store.

Good prices on food and the staff are okay. Not the nicest but I wouldn't be either if i worked at giant

Great place to grocery shop! Wonderful customer service and usually great prices, especially with the bonus card and then ypu get other bonuses like gas price rewards.

The cashier (Audrey) was too busy eating and chatting with her buddy, co worker who was off the clock, to do her job efficiently. They took their precious time and behaved as if they were the only people in the store that mattered. Usually, if there is going to be any hold up with a customer, acknowledging the next guest in line, apologize for the wait, and let them know you will be with them shortly. Pretty simple stuff. This young girl needs further training.

It's always so clean and the employees I come in contact with are always so pleasant and willing to help.

Fairly well stocked, great staff tho I HATE the new self checkout. Bring back the old style for self checkout for 5 stars imo.

I love this store. IF ONLY the store in Newport was even close to this, I would never leave Perry county! It has everything and then some. Clean, friendly staff, who could ask for more? Wonderful.
