GIANT Food Stores, Newport PA

The employees have the store running efficiently. I was in and out in no time. More items are appearing on the shelves. Health cleanliness protocalls are still visible. Nice.

Smaller store, but nice to have in the area. Plenty of parking and nice to have the gas pumps so you can use the gas points.

When taking my cart back a friendly worker made my day when he said “have a good rest of you day! ” It’s nice to see the workers being friendly!:)

They don't have many "normal" frozen pizza varieties and that is what I was looking for. There were lots of "new" varieties but not many "old-stand-by's".

Where do I begin? Stopped in to check out the new beer "selection". What a joke. The people were rude and the prices were asinine. Budweiser more expensive then Bud Light? I'll stick to the little beer store next door. Better prices and they usually have cute dogs in there.

Crazy today, robot? Always in the way. Workers friendly and helpful. Not from this area not familiar with store. A big help. Merry Christmas

Not particularly impressed with this location. Too small. Too dirty. The employees are less than friendly. I figured while my wife did her shopping I'd check out the beer selection. Nice try Giant. Stick to what you know, whatever that may be.

We do a lot of shopping at this store. I wish they would focus more on maintaining a better selection of core food items rather than cutting into their space to put in yet another beer garden when there is a beer distributor already next door

Self checkout line weight sensors need attention, they don't register your items you put in the bags very well. Walmarts self checkouts work sooo much better!

My daughter and I go here after my eye injections nice little reward thank you to spend quality food times with my daughter I look forward to it

Giant low prices food is a grocery store stop by their folks it's been in business for their help them out of Newport it's a giant giant in Carlisle support them giant in Harrisburg support them low price on food

The store itself is great. They have a massive selection but they are ridiculous with their prices! I ordered two birthday cakes. One was a quarter sheet and the other was a Ice cream cake. The regular cake was 8"x12", I took a quarter inch off because the icing was that thick, and the ice cream cake.ridiculous, the box was only 7" across! Almost $40.00 for two cakes! Never again.

First time in this store. Very clean, 4 check out lanes open, not like wally world. Fresh Italian bread for spaghetti dinner.

Went in to get ingredients for guacamole and quesadillas. Found everything I needed and got a good deal on avocados. Yay!

Great place to shop if u have a solid income. Prices kinda high. Easy to find. Great customer service.

This store has very friendly helpful staff. I shop here often and very seldom have any issues here. Any issues that do occur are dealt with professionally and promptly.

The Giant in Newport, Pa was very clean and organized. There was a bit of a line at the check out, but a friendly employee promptly opened another register to accommodate us.

My favorite grocery store. They carry everything I'm looking for and they also have a good sized selection of organic and gluten free products.

Nice clean modern facility. No problem getting help or checking out. Nice selection of produce. Seemed to be in the general range of other store prices, definitely not the least expensive food store but not over priced.
