This store has never gotten over the pandemic. It's never fully stocked, what is stocked is random things and random places just to make the shelves look full.

Crazy busy as usual, but they have a nice selection of organic produce and a large selection of organic and gluten free products. A bit expensive for my taste, but they have what Weis doesn't.

Cool grocery store! Beer bar was tempting, but, we were traveling! We grabbed a sandwich at pre-made bin, but, many were waiting for sandwiches to order, I bet they are good, because pre-made were pretty good. It was a bit crowded, but checkout was fast!

Was disappointed The scan as you shop guns were not working again, I do like many of Giants own brand of products but a lot of the shelves were empty of the store brand forcing me to pay more for name brand items & at the U Scan I had to lift my heavy items such as 2cases of 34btls of water & 3 cases of soda out of my cart & scan each case Which made my shopping trip take even longer Then stopped at the gas station & couldn't get a receipt from the pump I had to go to the booth & let the attendant know that the pump was out of paper So this trip wasn't one of the better experiences I've had at that store

Overall not a bad place to shop. However, the personal giant shoppers will not allow customers to get to certain shelves and have been somewhat rude. I get that they're shopping as well but they are employed by Giant so I feel that customers should get treated with more respect.

Great selection if everything is in stock. Sale items go fast, so I've had to get multiple rain checks, but otherwise a very pleasant shopping experience.

Dont have to drive to Camp Hill or Lemoyne to go to a decent grocery store. Still wish there was a Giant closer in Enola.

Very happy with my Giant. Things are slowly starting to return to normal. I almost passed out when I saw Lysol wipes there yesterday! LOL! Not to happy that they are going to be carrying my butternut squash sauce any more but that's a me thing. I'm finding awful at the lack of the amount of actual cashier's there are in the store. I understand times are trying right now but I feel right now we need more human interaction, not less. And more people need to be working, not locked up at home not being able to provide for their families. Put PEOPLE to work, not Marty and computers! This is why I will be giving stores 3 stars, not 5. Once more people are working, and not just here, then I'll start handing out 5 stars.

Staff were very friendly, They have wide variety of cakes and store is very clean and tidy. It has lot of food options in there. They have good customer serive desk right near the checkout, there is self checkout option also, at first it was hard to find the checkout place but later found that it was close to exit and entrance door. I think they have very less checkout asiles. But over all a good place for shopping groceries.

Clean organized professional. I had forgotten my mask in the car and the girl at the door happily gave one to me. Thanks.

Nice location. Easy access right off of route 81. Newest of the Giants in the area. For all your common and basic food selections this store does just fine.
If you're looking for an extravagant cuisine meal, beyond the extraordinary, you might want to make a trip to Wegmans for your recipe items. FYI, always call first to make sure that item is in stock.

Start at the entrance. No sanitizer, no alcohol wipes, nothing at all available to sanitize carts other customers have used. It appears any concern about customers during Covid has evaporated at this Giant. Same at checkout. At Wegmans, Weis, Target an associate is assigned to sanitize the self serve checkstands in between customers. Not at Giant. Frozen foods cases are woefully understocked. The final insult was their POS system not "finding" my reward card after typing in the same home phone number I've had for 27 years. I slowly typed it in 2 additional times and checked to see it was correct but again and again their system could not "find" it so I ended up losing 7.97 in rewards discounts and did not get credit for the coupons they bothered to mail to me. I have shopped Giant for 27 years but this chain is making it harder and harder to keep subjecting myself to this type of uncaring and ineptness. After avoiding Wegmans for years on favor of Giant I have started to shop both and am moving more and more of my grocery shopping to Wegmans. Giant is starting to remind me of chains like KMart and BonTon who lost their way and subsequently lost their customers.

It was set up differently than most other grocery stores, therefore it made it difficult to find things. Aside from that, they had some kind of strange robot with a medical mask on it's supposed face running around the store, not sure what it was actually doing. It was clean and nice looking inside.

If you love going to the store without wearing a mask, this Giant is friendly to non-mask wearing people. Just saw a manager (or assistant manager) walk past 6+ people without masks.

So I was shopping the Enola store today August 23 and stop to get deli things and had to stand forever because they as in 6 people were doing Kiosk orders, which I get but they should have 1-2 people on the in store orders so their not just standing there getting annoyed and thinking we’re being ignored because they don’t talk to you or make eye contact with you at all. Also they gave me the wrong lunch meat I ordered buffalo chicken and got regular chicken so please take this into consideration and try to fix the problem. Thank you

I’m someone who remembers numbers easily so if something rings up at the wrong price, I usually catch it. I used to do 90 percent of my grocery shopping at Giant, but it got to the point that almost every trip I was finding incorrect prices. I’d report them but I don’t have time to do this every single trip. So now I shop at Wegmans and Aldis most of the time and have not had this problem since.

I invite you to try this- no matter what Giant store you go to, because it seems to be company-wide.start writing down prices when you put things in your cart and then check your receipt at the end. It won’t take long to find out their Bonus Buy prices are based on the fact that most people will forget that price by the time they get home.

Giant Direct service is everything. The convenience of it can't be beat. I'll never again have to deal with the maddening crowds. Best shopping experiences during these trying times.
