GIANT Food Stores, West Chester PA

Full Servie Grocery store with a Pharmacy. You can order ahead on Giant Direct, and they will bring it out to your car in the parking lot!

The good: There's plenty of bread in stock, particularly whole wheat bread, much more than any other store I've been to. Also, prices are lower on some items (like cashews and paper towels) than the "Giant" store in Delaware (even when you take sales tax into account).

The bad: The guy in the parking lot who returns the carts waited behind my car for me to finish unloading my cart. I found this pushy and obnoxious. At most grocery stores, I take my time and return the cart (myself) when I'm ready.

This is my local store. Great ppl and enjoy coming into this location. I do think they could stock the shelves more because everytime I am in there it seems to be lacking some items that Acme doesnt lack at the moment

Clean, and felt safe. Wish they had more staples available. Plenty of food and fresh vegetables and fruit.

WAY less crowded than the store in West Chester. Much easier to shop here. Worth the drive from town. My wife loves the gas points with the giant card.

Staff is great, store is not my first choice, really only go there for the "oh fudge" moments.

I like this Giant, this store has more selection than other Giants in the area. It's got a nice toy section that I don't find anywhere.

This is my favorite supermarket, I just wish they had not changed their hours, they used to be a 24/7 and now they close at midnight.

Self scanning is the way to go in shopping and getting immediate price check and rolling balance to keep you in budget and know exactly what the total is and what is on special pricing. Large selection.

Most of them are big bright and clean but my ex boyfriend worked in the delii and they don't always change the food out on the antipasto bar and some of their other quick foods things from the deli

My Giant at Dilworth shopping center is the best. Well stocked, clean& always friendly employees

We use this store at least four or five times a week. We love the sales that we find here and we are always stocking up our freezer.
It's one of the places that has the most friendly customer service and they go out of their way to help with anything we need or question about.
Also, one of the cleanest stores we have found.

This grocery store has the best prices on and off sale. The sushi here is sublime with many choices raw and cooked.

Store has some good prices when the bonus card is used. The store is clean, organized, and open twenty-four hours a day.

The deli service is so ungodly slow. Doesn’t matter what time I’m there it’s always a long wait. Today, it took 14 minutes to put an order in with only 1 person physically ahead of me and some automated orders. There has to be a better way to handle and staff for this.

The rest of the store is stocked well, enough registers are always open, and clean. Just fix the deli process!

This is a great place to do your grocery shopping period. They have a wonderful selection of beer everything is displayed well and they have the seasonal products out front. There is everything you need in terms of food selection and the prices are very reasonable. The store is very organized and they even decorate for the holidays. They had an entire fall display of items when I was there last weekend. This place rocks!

Stock is in order.things easy to find.if u forget rolls they have some at the counter.great experience. LISA K

Giant always has good sales, their employees are always knowledgeable and very friendly. Store is very clean and well stocked!
