GIANT Food Stores, Roslyn PA

The associate in the beer and wine dept by the name of Laura is such an asset to Giant, always friendly and helpful, the younger kids are good also, however one in particular has an attitude and is very rude, he should not have a job dealing with the public.

I have friends working at other Giant Food stores, who say the Roslyn Giant has a bad reputation. That's sad to hear.
UPDATE- WAS a 5 star but simple products are not added to shelves. Went there every other day for a week and it was never added into inventory. Who or whatever inventory system they use, is USELESS. You would think, that as bar code was swiped, the computer would remove it from stock.
I just looked at other negative reviews and all the responses must be copy and pasted. "Hope you give us another chance" is that what Giant calls a solution to a customer?

No cashiers, self check out closed. I walked out. I only posted 1 star because I could not post until I picked a star, but no deserved

Whichever employee was working customer service at 2: 12 on may 29th 2021 needs to be looked into. Just called the number 3 times to be hung up on twice and left on dial the third. Please listen to these calls and evaluate if your employee was in any way in the right to hang up on me. I have had similar issues with this same giant. Their customer support is garbage! Please make some changes.

What can I say it's a Giant food store they're overpriced the workers don't want to work some of the cashiers want to be bothered with more on your cell phone than helping the customer. The only thing Giants good for is if you're in a pinch or in a bind and you need it fast to stop in and get it other than that would not use diet overpriced. Don't want to hear download this app for coupons because I don't like doing computers make the prices more convenient for the customer remember there's a deficit on

Odd layout, the produce is on the opposite side of the store from where you enter, instead you walk into the beer and wine section

The one manager, Beverly Wilson, is such an awesome person and great at her job. The store lights are turned so low, I feel like I can't see good. I'm sure that's a corporate decision.

Really great experience with the Bakery! I think the baker's name is Delicia? Sorry if I got it wrong. She is amazing! I needed a last minute solution for my 3-year old's bday (the original plan fell through last minute) and she was able to whip up elmo cupcakes that looked amazing! My little girl was so happy and loved the cupcakes!

The thing that was so great is her response to my asking if they had anything sesame street I could put on cupcakes was "let me take a look and I can probably create it for you".

Service above and beyond! Will be back for sure!

First time here since pandemic. Very disappointed. Didn't have items that were on sale. 1 cashier, no one social distancing. Self check out only option. Didn't feel like enough space between people.key pad felt dirty. Wear gloves and sanitize.

Everytime I go into GIANT I ask myself why I don't shop here more. Not convenient for me usually go if I pass one. Would love one of these in Germantown.

Mostly all new employees that I find are not very friendly and don't know where a product might be if I can't locate it and no offer to have someone else help! But, there are a few old employees still there whom have always been very friendly and helpful like at the courtesy counter!

Never have anything shelves are always empty should close this store.keep using the demand excuse pure
B. S.you can go across the street or around the corner and stores have plenty of what they don't.has been going on for long before covid talk to the employees at the store and you will get the truth

I have been using mostly the pharmacy. While I'm waiting I usually walk around and pick up some things. Everything is very clean.

I didnt grab my keys so I forgot my card to scan for the discount.normally that isnt an issue but now they refuse to use a store card. His response was ask someone else to use there card.
Long story short they made me leave my stuff there, hold up the line, and go to customer service and get a new card.
I just scribbled on the piece of paper scanned the card and tossed it in the trash.

There was a very long check out line, but it did move pretty quick. Thank goodness because I can't wear the mask for to long. I prefer the WG Giant but the roslyn store is ok

Terrible cheap underemployed. How do they only have 3 registers open and have a line all the way around the entire store. Horrible management to cheap to hire more workers. Stay away
