Had redeemed points for free store brand storage bags. The price did not come off at checkout. Clerk rudely told me to pay for them and go argue with the service desk.
Great and huge grocery store with my favorite hard to get old world hard baguettes. Staff were friendly as well.

Cashier needs to get rid of those pointy nails. Had a hard time opening bags. I bagged my own groceries. Never got a thank you for doing their job.
Sorry but first and last time I shop at Giant. Very little variety, empty shelves and prices were higher than Acme. Giant brand products were not generic but premium in pricing. I will stick with Weis in this area of PA.
Nice, clean but most important it's the right size. It has everything you need without 102 aisles.
They don't have courteous cards courtesy cards anymore so I guess they're not courteous anymore and I travel I don't have cards for every store and I buy stuff that's reduced and then I end up losing money because they won't honor the reductions also the aisles are virtually on stock and products discontinue to it's been horrible there I'm going to Weis

The worst ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service I ever encountered in my life. I thought the cashier was going to jump me in the parking lot. The manager, Tom was useless in resolving the issue, I think he was scared of the cashier too.needless to say, I won't be returning I'll stick to my Weis and their stellar customer service
It's my favorite store, I know how to utilize the weekly ad and the coupons to rake in big savings
It's a good store for a small town. Unfortunately they often have items out of stock and they don't carry many items that are available at larger Giants.
The only thing Giant about this chain is their prices. The Supermarket itself other than their high prices is relatively clean and average but offers nothing that stands out.
