GIANT Food Stores, Harrisburg PA

Very poor customer service! Very dirty and they barely have anything you need! Only go here for emergency purposes only!

I shop there quite often usually every Saturday I never have a problem finding someone. To help me find something get something for me and your Cashiers are awesome and Mike the manager is pretty great too

A great grocery! Cleaning robot was interesting to see; shelves are well organized. They have amazing Chinese food, too.

Love Giant! My fav grocery store (besides food lion-which they don't have anymore in PA really) they have a really good deli and fresh meats/veggies and when. I went there the other day, they had some good sales prices with your Giant store card (or you could use the store/mgr card to get the sales if you don't have one)

Not bad, but not great either, some of the staff are nice and helpfull, but others just plain ignore you, are rude, or seemingly just trying to ruin your day.

Giant's has some of the best crabs legs for a reasonable price. Brittany and Tiina in seafood are the Bomb

Store is dirty. Some cashier's are rude and not pleasant. Management is not friendly. Bathroom is not clean. Some shoppers don't wear masks.

The prices here are wwwwaaaayyyyyy too high. The meats are so expensive you gotta put them on lay-away.

Very nice employee staff. Although prices are a little tricky. Make the buy 2 get 1 free. Used to be buy one get one. Kind of miss that. All in all I'm satisfied customer.

Store lags behind the cleanliness of the other area Giants, and the stock of items I tend to enjoy is sometimes not available here. I go here in a pinch, other than that I know the store is vital for that area. Just wish the standard of quality was a little more on par with other area Giants.

When we lived in Harrisburg area we shopped here for quick purchases. Used the Pharmacy all the time - great people. Al, the Pharmacist was the best - we miss him.

Go her for grocery shopping most if the time. Not a bad priced grocery store. They have good deals.

I would have gave this 4 stars but im tired of the long lines. While Giant is the one of the best places to shop for groceries. They are short on workers. It' s not in a bad location. It's like no one wants to work. I feel so bad for the management.

Perfectly reasonable grocery store. Have had good experiences with produce, I like the nature's promise brands, especially the organic chocolate chip cookies. Things are organized in a way that I can figure out and they have a nice cheese selection.

This Giant is convenient if you live on the hill. I love fresh Krispy Kreme donuts, as I had them locally in Chicago, so I was pleased to see Giant carries them. As for the comment above, shop somewhere else.

Selection and hours of operation are good! Too often. Staff rely on self-check kiosks. Which takes too much time! Frequent long waits to check out!

It's alright. Although they rely on self check out. I stood in a line for 30 minutes waiting on a very inexperienced girl who was in no hurry to move on. WIC should take less than 10 minutes. Nonsense.

Best place to shop in Harrisburg. I moved from NYC and GIANT FOOD STORES, Has good variety in products shopped by difference People of different ethnical backgrounds. I rank it #1 in P. A.

Not a bad store.needs some modernization to keep up with the newer ones.i prefer the one in Enola
