18This review isn't really for Giant but for the cashier named Ray. Every time I go to the store and see Ray he always friendly greets me and puts a smile on my face. He's worked there since December 7th 2020. We usually chat up for 2-5 minutes each time. I found out a month ago that he's 85 years old! He's sharp as a serrated knife! 5/5 in my opinion.
Good morning Bakers pay attention you are making raw donuts! Just bought today 11/19 and they are nice outside but raw dough inside! Muffin as well.
In the last 2 months I have gone in 3 different times for turkey hill iced tea, with the off yellow lid. Its the regular iced tea. They never seem to have it. They supposedly get it delivered on Thursdays but continue to run out days before another delivery. For whoever does ordering if you continue to run out of something ever week maybe order more of that product.
The food is good, service is great, customer service is great. Employees look actually happy and the best of all they have plastic bags to put your items in. You don’t need to buy your own bags or have to pay for bags. What a concept
Well organized store with easy access and plenty of convenient parking. Close to a few other stores including a Taco Bell/KFC and Wawa gas station. Been goin here for a couple of years now to get grocery items and vegetable etc. The customer service is really good and the stocking staff also helps with questions at times.
Everything always out of stock the deli is trash don't ever get orders done before your done shopping, store employees not so friendly.literally everything I reach for out of stock
3rd time offering oreo sigle packs YET NEVER in stock! Have a adv circular make sure stuffs in stock!

Very unprofessional store manager Pam. Belitting employees in front of customers. I've always enjoyed coming in for 15 years now but am very disappointed with this conduct.
I bought $40 worth of groceries. I wanted to use my rewards card with my phone number to reduce cost on a few items. Didn't go through. So I took a couple items out. I went to the customer service and apparently my new number was used by a previous customer. Noah said there's nothing we can do to update or activate my rewards and sent me away. What a horrible experience. Very poor customer service. Disappointing.: (
Went into the store today 5 minutes before closing the women at the door was nasty complained we close in five minutes, i get my stuff in 3 and go to walk out and after complaining she turns to me and says have a nice day ot coming back here i rather go the extra 10 minutes to the limerick one where the employees are actually nie and personable
I enjoy shopping at Giant, I've met some really nice employees who show willingness to care and see to the needs of customers and the prices are great and the selection is wide variety.
This store is an abomination. Never anything on the shelves and when there is you have to make sure it's the item that's listed on the shelf. You can't put items in the correct place but expect me to believe you sanitized the carts?

1 lb of Boars head deluxe ham sliced very thin. 1/2 lb of Boars head baby Swiss sliced very thin. 1/2 lb of Boars head beef bologna sliced thin. 1/2 lb of Boars head liverwurst medium.
This is what I found when I got home. 1 lb of Boars head deluxe ham sliced THICK. 1 1/4 lb of Boars head baby Swiss sliced THICK. 1lb of Boars head beef bologna sliced THICK. 1/2 lb of HATFIELD liverwurst medium. Some obviously was distracted. There were 4 people behind deli.

An attempt to privately let the Store Manager on duty know that I had encountered food poisoning from one of the chocolate Dutch breakfast muffins purchased at your location 2 days ago resulted in my being kicked downstairs to the Bakery department and then put on hold again to wait for a Bakery Manager even after explaining that I was in and out of the bathroom.
I attempted to do the right thing to have your store simply be certain that the item was off the shelves, but this obvious lack of concern left me with the responsibility of informing the public to be careful.
All the manager needed to do was express that he acknowledged and would address the situation.
Even the simple apology that should have been offered was nowhere to be found.
This is not a "Karen" situation. This is an absolute attempt to remind the buyer to double check when they purchase.
