GIANT Food Stores reviews
14Like this Giant very much but sometimes getting the self check out attendant to help is awful euphorically especially the young kids that are standing there texting on their phone. They are there too work not.be on their cell. Also at regular check out the young girl was texting when I came up to her empty lane. Come on Giant
Star rating keeps going down. Every week I come here the shelves are empty. It's clear they dont have enough staff or cant keep them. I am now shopping at other places which are also cheaper and soon i will going somewhere else.
You response is bog standard! Actions speak louder than words!
Forced to buy beer in the beer aisle, limited quantity, and can not combine beer or wine with your cart full of groceries? ! These are the hoops that will turn me to Jeebus. No thanks for the convenience P. A!
Always been a fan of Giant food stores. It wasn't crowded and everything was nice and organized, food was fresh and employees were polite.
Very busy. Went there to buy my wife some flowers. They had a great selection. Every check out line was super long. Including self check out.
Giant has a wide variety of produce which I appreciate. I buy produce here on occasion. I will not purchase premade fruit or veggie trays though, because they are poorly put together and extremely expensive.
They have gteat hot soup and chicken. Workers are nice. The store is clean andif you reach a 100 points gas is 10 cents off on a gallon. The fish and crabs aregreat.
Stopped into by produce and found everything I need and more. This location has also added a beer garden. Can't wait to completely check it out.
Giant has been disappointing me a lot lately. Not just due to service, but also because the bakery changed their scones and coffee cakes. They used to be moist with a nice sweet layer of glaze. Now it's all dried out with hard icing. To top if off today, bought some chips and had a bagger bail after bagging one thing. So the scanner clerk scanned our canned goods until they collided and crushed our chips. It explains why people do self check out.
Staff was amazing! My 2 year old screamed the entire time we were there and 3 different staff members checked on us to calm her down. They offered stickers and even gave her a banana!
This is probably the best Giant I have shopped at. Big store with a good selection of items. The organic aisle is a decent size, and they sell beer and wine. Usually stocked well and a clean store. The self checkout is cramped now that they've remodeled it.
Its a nice clean store. The shelves are almost always well stocked. The employees always seem cheerful and greet you. They don't seem to be bothered if you have questions either. Overall I prefer this store to the other one in Chambersburg. It just seems to have a better atmosphere and selection of goods.
Love Giant. Great produce section. Tiny carts for toddlers/small children and parking for parents with toddlers need I say more. They have it all!
Giant itself is just fine and even better that it has beer now but the isles are a little tight together so when there's tons of people it's very crowded.
