13Shopping experience in Giant is always great. This store is no different. It's clean and sanitized and staff members are super nice. Like most other Giant stores it has a bakery section and a deli section too. They even have a prepared food hot bar section. Vegetables are fresh and reasonably priced. A great store to get your weekly groceries.
Just down right bad experience. From employees lack of experience in any saies in any department to total lack of mandate for safe distancing and mask wearing from both employees and customers. Giant is too worried about reaping the money outcome over this tragic time to even think about customer or employee safety
Good, no contact pick up of groceries. They did a great job packing my food. I never accept substitutes so I get what I ask for.
Friendly and helpful staff! Typical Giant though - since when has Giant been the only game in town and can just charge whatever they want to? Does anyone remember when Giant was the newbie in town and had the cheapest prices, too?
Friendly staff. Love using the self scanner as you shop! Makes it that much easier to scan and bag as you go! I just wish they would bring back giving the $2 coupon when they are alerted to scan 8 of your items!
Typical Giant supermarket, but today wasn't as crowded as usual. Some decent sales to be had, but the meats were picked over pretty well. The cashier and bagger were both friendly.
I love to come to giant they always have sales the price are good and the people there are wonderful I love them wings in the 5.00 bucket and your beef bologna
Friendly staff, pleasant shoppers and full shelves. Just wish they always had someone to help bag especially when I have the kids with me.
I used to rate Giant really good but since they stopped being 24 hours I can't. Its too packed and the staff can't keep up, today my deli order took 36 minutes but was projected to be 15 minutes.
I love this store but I think it is repulsive they let their employees smoke in front of the building.
You have to walk through the wall of their smoke to enter the store.
Convenient grocery store to my house but prices are not always the best compared to the local produce place or the Aldi across the street. They do offer some great deals sometimes on snacks and meat which is what I mainly buy here. Like any grocery store, the place is packed on weekends and evenings
Always clean definitely enough staff that it's not overwhelming to shop they take care of customers quickly it's actually not a bad trip to a food store and please are very nice I would recommend
Giant is by far the only grocery store that beats all the local stores prices I wish it was closer to me but it's always a bus right away and they're always wonderful helpful staff there.
