GIANT Food Stores, Allentown PA

Called to confirm curbside order was ready for pickup. Was not advised almost entire order had been canceled due to out of stock items. Poor customer service skills! Online also did not reflect out of stock items in purchase order history. I wasted my time & gas driving all the way to this store for 3 items totalling $3.49. This was my first curbside experience with this store and it was absolutely horrible! Nothing was substituted and no notification was provided.

This market is well organized and customers move through in one direction to make social distancing more accommodating.

Even easier is the preorder and pick up when convenient, or have it delivered.

The staff are very nice and do a bit more to try to keep customers happy in these trying times. Kudos for strictly enforcing mask rules. AND, they have a great bakery!

I always feel looked down upon by their employees. Plus I disagree with their policies regarding Western Union. They will let you send money but will not allow for money pickups.

Giant is always a good place to shop and decent pricing. Flop between BJs and here for things. Employees here are nice and helpful and lines go by pretty quick.

Great Grocery store that has a very good selection and is very accommodating. We ordered some 3' subs from the deli to feed our sons college baseball team between a double header. We live about 45 minutes away from this store but since we do not have any quality grocery stores in our area (Hamburg, PA) we decided to order from this Giant since it was on our way to the games. Very easy to order and pay on-line! I did a follow-up call the day before we picked them up and the friendly staff even sliced the 3' subs as to our request.

I was pretty disappointed my last visit in not going to detail my experience but I hope the manager's get it together sorry

I was able to find everything I needed quickly. The new self checkout machines are much better than the old ones. There are more of them and they work much better.

Great sale prices, tripled my gas points this week with coupon (must purchase specific products, but only $20 worth of them). What's not to love? I save a lot of money here and they have great produce, even local when in season.

I love Giant. A predictable grocery store that doesn't try to be too confusing. Their app is AWESOME I suggest everyone should use the app and digital coupons they have so much to offer. The company definitely cares about their customers and will listen to your review/ advice.

Very average food store. Absolutely nothing made it notable. Staff was quiet, but inoffensive, pricing is fine, store felt a little outdated compared to Shoprite or Wegmans. Just a food store. No reason to go out of your way to stop by, but no reason to avoid it.

Clean aisles, always stocked, and it's rare that they're out of any items. Plus they have some pretty good sales

Need help in customer service. Awful. Not the clerks fault. People in line for lottery, money orders and phone ringing off the hook.

This Giant sells Stale Cigarettes. Do not buy Cigarettes at this Giant. I brought 2 packs and got ripped off. Cigarettes are Stale.

Best supermarket around. Quality food. Perishables and non-perishables. Prices are great and even better with coupons. The store brand is surprisingly great. The people always very polite. You can save on gas too! People are polite and very willing to help when asked. I visit at least 3 times a week. I truly enjoy shopping at Giant.

I love this store! They have an excellent selection of Vegan and organic food. The beer section opens at 7 a.m. So I can grab something to go when i get off at 7a.m.

My go to grocery store. Close. Conveniently located in a Shopping Center that has everything one could want. Good prices, selection, sales, coupons, and have now added a wine and beer section. Salad bar. Cooked items. Great cheese section. Can't think of a negative thing to say.

I was screen always bright has most of what I am looking for and nice bathrooms better than most

An entire aisle dedicated to organic food. An entire aisle of wine and craft beers. Great produce and food selections. Love this market!
