GIANT Food Stores, Langhorne PA

Been going there for couple of years with no issues. They recently started selling beer and wine. Grabbed a case of beer today and employee gave me the receipt, kept in my pocket. I went through the self checkout for other items and then this guy showed up asking me for the beer receipt. I said I do have it and he didn’t believe me as expected. I told your employee didn’t paste it (which is not normal as per their standards and it’s not my problem). He asked for the receipt to double check, I unwillingly showed him to prove that I am not a shop lifer and also a good shopper. Then he and other employee were discussing/arguing about this situation. But I left with discomfort and decided not to buy alcohol again!

I went to Giant for the first time today and it was a awesome experience. The employees helped me find my way around and was able to find what I wanted. And the guy that checked me out, his name was Mason I think, was super nice and kind. Would come back!

Placed an automated order for a pound of American cheese. The lazy slob who fulfilled the order just grabs a presliced package, which is not the same product, and tried to fulfill my order that way. This is becoming to common place anymore, hope Giant can find better employees

Always easy to shop here. Helpful staff all around, particularly Gabe who has all of the produce codes memorized and always goes above and beyond. Great that they added wine/beer too.

This giant has a smaller layout than most because it was a former Clements. The strength in this store is the customer service. Giant has put a lot of emphasis on fast and friendly service and truly want to be helpful. All members of Management are professional and do an excellent job running the store. Very clean and stocked very well on a consistent basis.

Good inventory, clean and well kept like any Giant I've been to. They have the same logo and owner as the Stop and Shop stores in Connecticut, which I always find amusing. Staff usually pretty good but I've gotten the occasional lame-duck checkout person now and again. Overall pretty good selection, service and prices.

I had a great visit & cashier Kim and Pat helped bag made my visit great! Also Lucy said hello, it's always a pleasure.

A supermarket extremely clean and with very friendly employees, variety and abundance of products covers the requirements of any family, has a large parking and is in a strategic point between Newtonwn and Langhorne, I definitely recommend it to everyone.

The store is huge, just about everything your looking for. Employees are very friendly, nice, and helpful when needed.

Great customer service and very reasonably priced. I have shopped at shoprite for many years and when we moved to newtown I was in search of a close grocery store to do weekly shopping. I found that acme was over priced and poorly organized. Giant was the perfect solution.nice staff, good sales, and quality food. This past weekend I ordered cakes and the bakery dept went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they do the design I asked there was no extra charge which saved me $30 (instead of going to a local cake shop). Got my balloon order and ice there so one stop shop!

This has always been a quality grocery store. The food and prices are what you would expect for the area. The people who work here are always friendly, professional, and helpful.

Produce is plentiful and priced well. Shelves are always well-stocked. The only department that is not equal to the others is the bakery. The cakes are not very good and there seems to be a lot of defrosted items.

Decent selection of items, price was reasonable. Very neat and clean. Got sushi and my kid loved it.

I live within walking distance, so i go here quite a bit. It is open 24/7 which is nice. The pros (Bakery, Meat & Seafood) The cons (Produce, Customer Service).
