GIANT Food Stores, Levittown PA

Whoever is in charge of the salad section and the section with the sour cream needs to get a new job. The salads are old/nasty lately and every other time i buy sour cream it's moldy when i open it a month before its supposed to even expire. Same with the cheese section and sometimes the milk. Meat has been looking great though

I don't come here often but when I do I always find what I need. The staff is also very helpful.

It's very good they have a wide variety of things groceries store has everything you want in there for food I suggest getting a giant store card but worth it get a rewards card worth it beard money back on gas and buying groceries and coupons and all kinds of good stuff

The self check out is annoying. Constantly stopping to say put things in the bagging area. They were already in the bagging area. Girl behind the service desk had very dirty finger nails and a mask below her nose. Took her 5 minutes to get her phone to multiply 12x12 even though I told her 2x that 12x12 was 144.

They’re alright sometimes whenever I go to get seafood and ask the people are rude but other than that it’s pretty nice going in for the drinks every once and awhile. Everything is pretty easy to find too, and there’s even a robot that rolls around that you’ll think about punching but you won’t.

Extremely shady! They have sales with tons of fine print! Please read carefully or you will be in for a big surprise at the register. The cashier already expects to explain the fine print, because no one reads the fine print. Why should I have to jump through hoops to save 50 cents, but at giant food stores you have to do be a lawyer to take advantage of their sales. The cashiers are super nasty because they work for such a corrupt organization! Avoid this food store if you can.

There was no carts no small baskets shelves were empty they never have my favorite ice cream it's always out missing product throughout the store

I should start off by saying that I live in Mt. Holly NJ, so it's about a 20-25 minute drive to this store and I don't mind that one bit. The people are friendly and professional. The prices are competitive to Shoprite and are way better than Acme. The Beer and Liquor are reasonably priced. I like the store a lot. I give it a 5 star rating.

This was only my second time shopping him, and I have to say the store is clean, the prices are fair, and the customer service is very polite!

Friendly store with pleasant atmosphere. Deli is great and the fruits and veggies are always fresh. A giant among Giants:)

I wanted to go see how the store looked. When I went in I saw that a lot of the shelves were empty. I also saw some rust on few of the shelves and I took a picture of that for example. Next I actually found a few pieces of produce that should be refrigerated on a dry good Shelf. That is pictured below as well as all the empty shelves that I had to walk by. Not to mention that this location also have mold in the men's restroom at one point. My advice go to Redner's

1st time at this Gaint and totally impressed, it is one of thr biggest one I've ever seen. The endless variety of food and wine. I couldn't believe it.

Customer service was very poor self checkout did not work the way it should have very disenfranchised with the whole situation

I love the pharmacy there all great people and always willing to help every time I have a question they are there to help me I will never change pharmacies because Joe and the other lady that works there I don't remember her name nothing but great things with both of them

Beef (roasts and steaks) here are not good. Color is always off, doesn't look quite right. Afraid to buy. Hamburger is also funny looking but if you get lean cuts it tastes ok. Otherwise, I like this store. Good prices & selection. Just inconvenience of having to go to another grocery for good quality meats.

Usually this is where I normally shop I really don't like this store. The vibe that I get gong into the store is not welcoming. I am a person of color and the people that work here at this location are people that are non color. Racist tendency. Have to find another place to shop. Prices are too high anyways

The one day that me and my boyfriend went in there after a storm some of the co-workers were rude overnight and it was overnight crow that was rude

I love this store but after tonight I will not be back. To make a long story short, I went to the self check out lane and the register wasn't working. After waiting for help (from an associate who wasn't really paying attention), I switched registers - because who has time for all that! Really, especially after a 12 hour shift! Anyway, the clerk finally noticed me after I was nearly done and told me "I was messing everything up" huffed and rolled her eyes at me! Well, frankly Giant is overpriced and there are so many alternatives. So giant, if I'm a problem for your self check out associate- I guess the 1600.00 bucks I spend at your store every month on my family is too.

Months ago I spoke to Store Manager "Rob" about all of the expired dairy on his store shelves example - Breakstone Sour Cream and also Chobani yogurts. He looked at me like I had 3 heads until I called to his attention how much money I spend in his store and put the expired product in his face - then his tone changed completely and I was given a $25 (could've been $20) gift card. I came in to spend that gift card and when I got inside the store, there were ZERO shopping carts. I had to walk back out in to the parking lot to get a cart from the cart hut in the middle of the parking lot! Told Rob about that issue - and of course I was given a dirty look as he said thank you for bringing that to his attention and that was it. I stopped shopping at Giant at least 6 months and moved on to ShopRite in Fairless Hills. Well, this week the Giant Ad beat ShopRite's Ad so I decided to give Giant a shot since it's been so long. I can only assume Rob is still the manager since AGAIN Chobani yogurts were expired since March and they were still on the shelf. I brought this to a young mans attention and told him this is why I stopped shopping here before and guess what? I'll gladly shop at ShopRite and spend the extra dollar rather than shop at this poorly ran Giant Store. Thanks Rob!

You earn points when you shop at Giant grocery stores. So, I had. 20 cents off per gallon. That helps when Iam buying gas.
