GIANT Food Stores, Elizabethtown PA

I show here every week spending Hundreds of dollars. So sick of this places staff telling me I can’t have my dog in the store. They never ask if she is a service dog! She is a true working dog for my Diabetes. One time I was having an attack and a man came up to me and told me I couldn’t have the dog in the store, while she was alerting and I was having an attack. Giant I hate your staff! I should sue you next time u say something about my service dog!

Giant has a great selection of goods for the entire family. Giant is a grocery store with a Citizens Bank and a pharmacy inside.

Reliable for mostly anything you'd need grocery wise, with a deli, butcher, bakery, fish shop, pharmacy, and an alcohol section, Giant covers it all.

This store is always so busy. Things are usually stocked pretty well. The meat selection is pretty good for a big chain store.

This is our neighborhood Giant, and for that reason we frequent it often. It is convenient and a little different from other grocers in that they have a Starbucks on site, wine and beer selections, as well as gas pumps. We like that they have large selections of reduced groceries.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experience. Employee tried to embarrass a customee in front of his coworkers. Will be calling in to complain.

Customer service is the worst. Employees are not properly trained at checkout, When you ask management to help a cashier because they are struggling with WIC they just say "o well" and walk away. I now use Mount Joy or Hershey location. Both are a longer drive but it's better then 30 min in checkout and getting embarrassed because the Managment is clueless

I really don't know why I shop here at Giant other than my company gives out discount gift cards. The staff that works at the cash registers are very snotty and snooty and they are not helpful at all most of the time they're teenage kids yakking and talking tomorrow each other and using their text message while they should be working not satisfied with that at all

Very clean and organized. Plenty of registers open every time I visit. Good selection of organic foods!

Always has cool stuff to look at in their clearance section. Love the 24 hours and self-checkout. Really good made-in-store picks like blueberry muffins, potato salad and fried chicken.

It made my visit super special!
Found the produce I was not looking for at a great price.
It was a casual stop not planned.
I had no intention to do any shopping but I end up shopping anyways.

We shop here 5+ days a week. Most of the staff are very kind and helpful. Recently the Organic/Natural section lost it's head employee and has really gone down hill. Things are in the wrong place and many items are spread out to make the shelves look stocked. We have spoken with management a few times but not seen any improvements.

Solid local grocery store with a good selection for all of your daily needs. This location has a selection of wines and beers, which is a nice bonus.

Not so friendly staff. Often times have to ask different employees for help. There is usually no one at the alcohol register. They have you re-directed to a food register but signs are not placed near the alcohol register.

Good for a town.even open 24 hrs per day. Not as large as the one in Hershey so there is not as much variety.

Only needed a few things, no small carts available at the entrance. This has been the case several times in the past two months. Only one checkout with a clerk was open and already had four customers in line.

The Giant Food Store in Elizabethtown has a great selection and the employees are very friendly and helpful.
