25Cashiers in this store need a lesson in good customer service. Rude and dumb. Lesson #1: When you open a new checkout line, grab the very next person. THE ONE WHO HAS BEEN WAITING THE LONGEST. NOT SOME RANDOM PERSON WHO JUST SHOWED UP! Lesson #2: Focus on your job, which I'm pretty sure does not include running your mouth.
If i wanted to bag my groceries i would go to Aldi's.look around sometime and see how many customers are bagging their own groceries! In fact it seems the cashiers expect you to! And mgt doesnt even care. If we gotta bag our own groceries, state that.maybe give extra gas points or something! But one thing is for sure, i REFUSE to bag my groceries and i urge others to do the same!
Four employees in the deli this week and only one of them is serving a waiting customer. They have a serious issue here and no desire to fix it.
Large selection. Great prices. Easy to read signs. Sadly they got rid of the public marketplace and replaced it with yet another liquor sales counter. Where does it end? The self registers are very annoying.
A little better, I've still been bagging my own groceries for some reason in double bags, still can't get that one customer in handicap scotter out of my mind, has the mgr done anything in response to that matter. Sincerely, ms Bemis
