GIANT Food Stores, Hellertown PA

Love this Giant, awesome breads from the bakery and they will steam your shrimp with old bay in the seafood dept.

Shelves were empty. More employees filling instant carts than making sure items are available for shopper's.

Very crowded but had everything we needed. Forgot part of my order have to go back and hopefully they have the items I forgot!

Shelves are somewhat stocked. Some imployees are exceptional, others should work somewhere else.

Never enough checkout lines. Always waiting in long line. Even at 7 am there is a line. Finding a different grocery store.

Usually have no issue with this Giant, they have most the items that I’m looking for and the staff is friendly.
I tried Giant Direct for the first time today and they were so close to 5 stars (after ordering quite a bit of produce that turned out fine!) until I pulled out these grapes that look like they’ve been picked over and about to mold.
I will still be returning to this Giant, but I won’t be ordering grapes again from Giant Direct. I’m slightly disappointed in my first order.

This store in hellertown pa did not have any gallons of milk in stock or did they have any hamburger rolls in the storw

One star for pharmacy. I have two presciptions from a recent doctor visit. The doctor was unsure if medication #1 was covered by my insurance plan, so the doctor gave me two presciptions. The pharma won't give prices without presciptions in front of them. Basically you are not allowed to shop around. Thanks.

I used digital coupons today for the first time. It was super easy to load the app and I received credit for every coupon I downloaded. As usual the store was clean, well stocked and the checkout lines were short. Love my Giant.

Was shopping power went out, almost done had to leave cart because had no check or cash to pay only option
