Personally I have never had any problems at giant everyone is willing to help.

Would prefer if there was more room in the aisles. Often displays make it difficult for two customers to maneuver. A little more room at the end of the check out would be nice; when packaging order and loading cart you often run into other customers trying to leave or use customer service. Lots of self service check out lanes which I often use. Generally pleasant employees and store is clean.

The store is nice and the prices are good. The people that shop there are rude and self centered, I prefer going to other nearby Giant food Stores.
