GIANT Pharmacy, Philadelphia PA

Very rude stuff I was given attitude twice on two different visits.unprofessional workers.not recommend to deal with the pharmacy.the manager refuse to give me my medications and she transferred them to cvs pharmacy without asking mec if I need to. I will never ever step there.

Vanessa need to look at customer with other then color I was stand in customer service waiting for my turn while Suzanne was dealing with two people and she want to Avoid the fact I was in line thank you for rude attitude when I ask why she why she didn’t attend to me knowing that I was before them and I was waiting patiently in line but I feel like this customer service that her and Suzanne have are based on color thank you Vanessa for making my experience at this giant in customer service on day the worst

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. Jessica truly cares about taking care of her customers. She is the best pharmacist I have ever seen. Thank you Jess for always doing a great job and being good at what you do.

Was very disappointed when I tried to food shop there today and had to leave because they didn’t have enough carts. People were waiting outside the store for people to come out to get a cart. In the 25 years that I have food shopped this has never happened to me.

I went there today to get my prescription filled which is a narcotic filled and I dealt with a pharmacist name Jessica szamboti she was so rude that I had to call corporate on her and when she found out I was on the phone with corporate because I told her that I was calling corporate she denied to fill my prescription and would not give me an excuse for why she denied service for me thank God corporate helped me through this situation and let me go to a different giant pharmacy location I feel like I was racially profiled and I understand frustration while being busy but she totally took it out on me a loyal customer for years with that supermarket that’s around the corner from my home and been going to the pharmacy also so unprofessional and rude I couldn’t believe it I wouldn’t advise anyone unless you’re outside of the African-American race to go there

My husband refills his medications here, and although the pharmacy itself looks small, it is managed well, and refills are easy. It's also a bonus that the pharmacy is just inside the front door for quicker pickup.

The staff at this Giants pharmacy are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.it reminds me of the experience from our corner pharmacy many years ago. Customer satisfaction is their first priority and they nail it everytime.
