They charged a lot of money to just haul away cardboard, a microwave, a vacuum and an old insta pot.they were quick and able to come the day we called them which was great but honestly if my husband called me when he got the quote before saying yes I would have said no because it would have been cheaper to rent a dumpster.

Very professional and very polite. Could not have asked for a better crew to come and clean up and remove our old hot tub. I called on a Tuesday they came the following day and only took them 2 hours and cleaned up after themselves.

They were outstanding! Clean, courteous and very efficient. Price was fair. I would highly recommend them.

Worked with Mike at GIHAUL and can’t say enough about this business! He is a consummate professional and the estimate was accurate. Came to my house and removed a very heavy old treadmill that was on my 3rd floor as well as heavy couches from my basement. All employees were polite, careful, and professional.

I highly recommend using GIHAUL for any of your junk removal needs. I was very impressed with the professionalism the first time I spoke with Mike over the phone regarding my pickup. His estimate was exactly what he mentioned it would be. I had him remove some old bedroom furniture after moving into my new place not too long ago. They did a good job and they were clean workers and got rid of all my old debris from when my mother died. My house is spotless now I’m very happy.

Horrible experience. Called Mike and asked to get some general information about what services they offer; he was rude and seemed to busy to talk to me. He clearly does not care about getting business.

Although the gentlemen were running late for our appointment, they certainly made up for being late once they arrived! The 2 men who arrived to do the work were so nice and professional. There was quite a bit of junk to be removed from an estate sale, and they finished the job in no time and with no questions asked. I now know who to call if I need services like this in the future. Price was very reasonable also

These guys were awesome! Polite, fast and very hard workers. They did a great job with our yard and we had alot of stuff to haul away! They went out of their way to make sure our yard and drive way were cleaned up after they were done loading. Recommend them for sure!

1 star called Monday made app.wed. 1pm got a call 11: 07 asked if they can come early I said yes was told within half hour go outside wait get another call confirming I said yes I'm here.waited until 1: 40 no show no call, I'm disgusted wasted my time so I angry I ordered dumpster and I'll do myself.so I don't know how they work or prices but maybe they pick and choose because I have a lot of steps.

Really impressed. Communication was easy and professional. My junk was gone in less than 24 hrs of contacting them and for HALF the price of the competitor. Would use again.

GI Haul is terrific! No only are they courteous and strong, they are loyal. I have a friend who was one of their first customers. She LOVES them, and recommended that we call them for some help we needed at a friends house. She called, they came that day, last minute. They were so kind to help us. I got an estimate for $275 and then waited a week for them to call to set up a date for pick-up. They never called, so I called them and they didn't know about the estimate. So I went ahead and set up the appointment for pick up anyway and they didn't show up. Thanks for wasting my time. As a fellow veteran, I expected they could perform. Very disappointed.

I retract my earlier criticism. GI Haul got us rescheduled and got er done promptly. Great job, gents.

These guys are great! I was so happy they could come out as fast as they did, I called Monday, they were here on Tuesday. They finished the job in less time than I thought was possible. Bonus that they are Veterans which makes me feel good about using their service. All my junk was pretty much garbage but some furniture they took they are going to donate - very happy.
